They were responsive and completed it quickly and it looked great in March 2021! We signed another contract and put another deposit down for the wire fence since we used the original deposit for the picket fence. We waited until April 2021 and then started to question when this wire fence would be completed. We were told that the backorders were pouring in and should be soon. At this time, the picket fence was starting to lean and the gate was no longer easily latching (1 month after installation). She shared that she would replace it because of their lifetime warranty. I reached back out in May to get an update and received word that they received all materials and just needed to finish up two projects ahead of us. Then reached out again in June and again in July. We were told they would be at our house "next week". Come August, they never showed up and no update. I reached back out. Finally heard back 1-2 weeks later that they weren't receiving my texts. We had now decided that it needed to be finished by the end of August or we needed to receive a refund. We are now approaching October and they have not responded nor returned the deposit. At the point, they have our deposit and we have received no updates and no communication.

We originally put down a deposit for a wire fence with posts. Inventory created a delay which we were willing to wait past the promised “before Christmas time 2020”. It is now September 2021 and we haven’t received an update since mid August when materials were delivered to the company. We’ve been promised “you’re the next project” and now radio silence. Since then, we did organize to install a picket fence in March to hold us over until we could get the originally wire fence. The fence initially looked great, but it is now leaning in less than 5 months. The gate is no longer as sturdy and latching easily. We requested to fix this since the company had promised a life time warranty. We were promised our original inquiry to end of July 2021. Mid-August we touched base and asked for a refund if the project were to not be completed by end of August. This was agreed upon from business. We’ve tried to contact through multiple ways (voicemails, text, email and business Fb messenger) to receive this refund and it is now radio silence, ghosted. Unfortunately, we are now paying double for another company to complete the work and out of a deposit.

Halvey Fencing did a wonderful job removing our old fencing and installing the new back chain link fence. They were quick to respond any time we had questions and offered several suggestions that we are going to implement. We are also hoping to partner with them on a future project!

The service was very well. They were excellent. I would recommend them and would use them again. They were top-notch customer service.

Great, they are quick, efficient, reasonably priced, and did an excellent job. We decided to have them finish the rest of our fence since the work was so well done. I've already recommended them to a few people I know and would gladly work with them again for our next projects. Highly satisfied!
