Started construction in late February. They were supposed to remodel kitchen and existing bathroom, and add a half bath. The back patio was torn up day 2, to make room for the half bath. The kitchen remodel was started, but not finished. They were coming pretty consistently in the beginning, then nothing. They were let go on Memorial day.

The rehab went very well. Had a little miscommunication on bidding but after that Hamblin was very prompt and professional. Project will be completed in less than two weeks. I would recommend them for any similar project.

I needed my bathroom tiles replaced, my sink counter top fixed, and the bathtub pipes replaced. Everything was done fast and was done well. I will be hiring him for any future remodeling.
