Excellent. David performed like an expert technician as well as an artist. He knew the logistics of the solution, but said that he would return and continue to tweak the system until I was perfectly satisfied. He did and I was.

A lot of it was still under warranty, so I didn't have to worry about it.

We are on a service plan. All A's.

They?re very good. They did it all in one day. One person came out.

Dave took the time to explain and answer all my questions concerning the functioning of the thermostat. He was knowledgeable and professional. The installation went very smoothly.

Travis Ugarte was exceptional!. He and his installers did a terrific job. We've recommended Hamilton to all our neighbors which resulted in a new unit for our next door neighbor  and repair work for a neighbor down the street. On time. Neat. Fulfilled all expectations. Polite.

Travis and his installation/service team did a fantastic job.  After determining that my 13 year old AC/Heating unit could not be repaired, Travis worked with me in explaining in detail the different options available for replacing the current system.  He gave me a great price for the unit I selected and the installation went flawlessly.  He and his team were punctual, polite and very professional.  I highly recommend this company. <br />

They did an excellent job installing the pool heater.  They had to remove some fencing around the heater to be able to install it and restored it better than it was to begin with.  I have used this company in the past for air conditioning maintenance and have been very pleased. I highly recommend this company for its quality of work, professionalism and timeliness. <br />

Hamilton showed up on time at 8:30 AM with a crew of 3.  They removed the old system and set up the new one, repairing faulty duct work and condensate tubing in the process.  They were finished by lunch time and they left the place cleaner than when they arrived.  They filled out all the warranty forms and the utility company's rebate form,  My cost included Hamilton's "beat the heat" discount and the utility's rebate.  They let me pay for half with a credit card.  Since they are a factory authorized dealer, the warranty is secured by the manufacturer, not just the installer.  They also take care of our two rental properties A/C systems and actually rescued us from another company that dishonestly told us we needed a new system in one of the rentals.  That was 4 years ago and the system is still running.

They were prompt, courteous, and professional.  <br /> The original call fixed the AC with a temporary module, so my renter had air conditioning, until <br /> they could get a brand new part in. It was done in 5 days and had the tuneup done when he came to replace the temp <br /> part with the brand new one. <br /> He was very courteous while I watched, asked questions, and learned.3I was impressed and will be signing them up do the tuneups on my own house and my other rentals. <br />

They were great.  We received three estimates from local companies and while Hamilton's was actually the least expensive (by a few hundred dollars) the reason we went with them was their professionalism and reputation. Travis, who spent hours with us going over the job and our options installed the system himself along with Sam.  Both were courteous, professional and more than willing to answer any questions we might have had.  They offered to do the job on Christmas eve, but we delayed them until the day after Christmas.  They started around 8:30 AM and were finished by 2:30 PM.  Everything was cleaned up after their work and, so far, the system works like a charm.  We recommend them highly!!! <br />

I've had them to my home twice. I was very happy with them both times. The guy, the second time, stayed really late to replace a part and did a great job. I would definitely call them again. I have a home warranty and they usually send this company out, but I would also hire them independently.

It was fabulous. They not only came and did the job, but they educated me about all sorts of things I didn't know. They told me where the compressors are and how to set the temperature to conserve the most energy. He was a young guy and he was really into educating.

We were very pleased with the work. They were very punctual and did the work in a professional and personal manner. There were a few minor issues with the work, but they came back promptly and fixed them with no hassles.

They did a beautiful job. The price was half of what every else said. I liked their business like approach and their quotes. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.
