I am so excited you have found me!! My name is Jennifer, and I am so excited to work with you and get to know you! I do weekly, biweekly, one time, and monthly services. I offer Basic cleaning services, deep cleaning, and move out/ins as well! I do residential, commercial, and AirBnBs as well! I do give free quotes and estimates just make a note about how many bedrooms and bathrooms are in the home and where you want basic clean, move out clean, or deep clean. This information will help me to get the quickest estimates! If there is anything else extra outside of what's listed in the services I would be happy to hear and accommodate where I can! I look forward to talking with you and meeting all needs to the fullest!
Services we offer
I do weekly, and monthly services. I offer Basic cleaning services, and move out/ins as well! Here is a list of services I Provide with my basic cleaning: -Dust everything and get cobwebs out -Dusting of blinds and window seals -lamps and shades dusted -pictures and knick knacks wiped down and dusted -furniture gets dusted off and polished -clean and disinfect all bathrooms (toilet, any furniture that you would like to be moved has to be done before arrival., baseboard, biweekly, ceiling fans, closets, deep cleaning, etc $20 per room Cleaning out refrigerator $15 Carpet cleaning $25 per bedroom and $35 per living room Things done with carpet cleaner: Mattress cleaning $30-$45 depends on size of mattress Sofa $60 Love Seat $50 Recliner $40 Area rugs $15-$30 depends on size of rug Outside of windows and framing $10 per window If there is anything else extra outside of these listed you can ask and I can negotiate with price and services depending on what it is. Also, etc. I also offer some extra services as well: Laundry $10 a load Inside of oven cleaning $25 Organizing of rooms, if carpet cleaning takes place, office spaces, one time, showers, sinks) -wiping down of exterior cabinets -sweep all floors -mop all floors -vacuum all carpet - clean and disinfect sinks - all mirrors cleaned - Beds made -linens changed - stairs vacuumed or swept and mopped -handrails dusted and polished -floors polished -Stove top and back splashed cleaned and disinfected -exterior of all appliances wiped down -inside of microwave cleaned Deep cleaning is all of this plus wiping down of everything instead of only dusting like walls, trim, tubs
