John listens well and delivers exactly what was asked for. His estimates are in line with actual performance with market rates in line with the competition, and quality delivered as expected. John is trust worthy and honest and went well beyond basic services having excellent knowledge and experience for all of the projects performed. I am still using him for more projects and would hire him again in the future.
