We are 6 weeks into a job that should have taken less than 2. We hired this company to install heated ceramic tiles in bathrooms and replace doors. We are now having to hire new painters and tilers to rework their unprofessional work. They only show up and work 4-5 hours a day. They do not have the personnel with skills to do the jobs they are taking on. I have documented all the issues and there are too many to count. Using the wrong caulking on door frames or none at all. Tiles are cut too short and filled with an inch of caulking. Tiles are uneven so there is a quarter inch drop off between two tiles. Nail holes in baseboard not filled and painted. Door frame cracked that they installed. Grout and texture all over my cabinets . Paint left on tiles. After installing tile under washer and dryer, they hooked up water incorrectly and it flooded the laundry room and leaked into basement and garage! Brush and roller painted new doors instead of spray painting. Do not use for any job.

Stephen and his team are experts at the trades. My project involved carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, window replacement, etc. The end result was top notch quality. Communication with Hand & Hammer is immediate and they are great at listening to the homeowner first. Will use them again & again for my short term rental property!
