Handiest Handyman

Joe has done an awesome job on 3 rental units to date. We'll definitely use him on our upcoming projects. He's always prompt and does exactly what he says he will do and more. I was very surprised that the units were left super clean. He's been a gem to work with. Would highly recommend him.

He was very good. He did a really nice job. I had to have him come back and hang a blind that was ordered and it took me a while to put it back to hang it because I didn't know how to hang it. The bathroom work was beautiful. It was very well done. It was very fast, very good workmanship overall and he had good ideas. As a matter of fact my daughter used him after I did to do a bathroom at her house and she is very satisfied too. The quality was excellent.

They came when they said they were going to. It was a fair price.

Called him to do work on a property we manage and gave him tenants infomation to contact them and arrange a time.  His employee showed up at our office to do the job and didn;t speak enough english to be able to communicate with me. <br /> We worked through that and got them to the property and they did part of the job and said they needed to order parts.  That was in July in September we were still waiting for the job to be completed.  I had left numerous emails and phone calls but did not hear anything back from them.  When I finally got them out there the job was completed and done well. <br /> <br />

<p>1. I first contacted the owner Joe Moreno and he told me he was busy, but would call me right back. He never called back and I ended up calling him later that afternoon (he had forgotten I called). </p> <p>2. Joe and his wife Maryjane came out several days later and did an estimate</p> <p>3. On the day of the work Joe had four guys doing the repairs and was punctual. Half way through the workday, Joe pulled half the guys to go to another job in which a homeowner was upset because one of the workers was hungover.</p> <p>4. The crew returned the next day and finished the remainder of the work.</p> <p>5. When Joe did his walk-through several days later, we commented that on the one gate they had dug up a post and had buried a sprinkler head and the surrounding grass. We had also requested a small hole cut in the fence to allow our cats in and out access to the backyard that did not get done. He assured us he would return, rake out the grass, reseed and cut the hole. He never returned and my wife and I finished the job.</p> <p>6. Several weeks later one of the gates isn't opening and we called Joe (twice) and he said it was due to swelling from the rain, but he would come out and look at it. Once again he has never returned and I'm going to have to finish this job as well. </p> <p>7. The Deck looks beautiful and the patch work and painting looks good as well.</p> <p>8. Joe told us as he was putting away my check, that they specialize in bathrooms and I told him that would interest me and we could discuss it at a later time. That's never going to happen!</p> <br />

Joe was very professional and so easy to work with. I always felt very comfortable with Joe and his workers in my home and many times they were here without me. Joe went the extra mile to make things right and I very much appreciated that he treated me respectfully. Being a woman and working with construction people can sometimes be quite irritating but not with this company! Thanks Joe! Kudos to you and your crew!! <br />

First, I'd like to note that from the time I inquired about hiring - to the actual job - was four days.  Really fast!  I thought I'd have to wait longer, but Joe (the owner) had two crew members that were available right away. <br /> The crew people called ahead to let me know they were on the way and arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. <br /> Well... what can I say.  They installed the four lights - which were time consuming, and then did the other two tasks.  The entire job  took four hours.  I could have never done it on my own. <br /> The men were very polite and professional - and asked me along the way if I wanted any adjustments.  <br /> I'm very happy with their work.  My home looks beautiful.  I'd recommend this company - and will do so verbally as well. <br /> <br /> <br />

Made contact with Joe. He was prompt with giving me a estimate, and start date. Contacting Joe prior to and during the job was easy. He seemed to always answer his phone. His crew did an excellent job with above mentioned tasks. They were very polite and respectful. Once the job was finished Joe, and his crew cleaned up after themselves, and made sure my wife and I were satisfied before they left. I will use Joe and his crew for any upcoming projects I have.

<p>Joe was on time to give his estimate and arrived as scheduled today to do the work.  He worked diligently.  Covered the stairs leading to the basement with drop cloths so that he wouldn't track in the wet from outside.  He was personable and competent.  I plan to hire him again in the Spring for some outdoor work on a wheel chair ramp.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <br />

Joe made a timely estimate and upgrade to my laundry room. They replaced the counter top with stone that they custom cut, painted, changed the light fixtures, and changed all of the cabinetry/door hardware!  Great job.

He was very prompt, did an excellent job, and stayed within his quoted price. 

Joe and his crew, were on time, well equipped , and knowledgeable in doing the job. All were courteous and when <br /> they left the area was cleaned up. <br /> Joe was very professional in explaining what exactly had to be done in the preparation, cutting and such. His price was <br /> fair. The job was done exactly to what we had in mind. <br />

It was good and they were extremely nice.  There was an issue initially with the fence, but they came right out to fix it.  Overall they had great customer service.

Wonderful experience.  Excellent value and it was great to work with Joe and Mary Jane.  They even helped with the decorating! <br /> I am having them repair 3 of my out side decks and put in  a new master bath. <br /> <br />

Joe and his crew were amazing. They were always on time and professional. We had an emergency water leak and Joe came out immediately and fixed it for us. All of his work was perfect. Joe was professional, friendly and very easy to work with. <br />

The work performed by Joe and his wife was most excellant. They are reasonable, fast, timely, and very professional. They are my go to handyman from now on. If you need work done I highly recommend Handiest Handyman. I would not hesitate to have them perform any repairs at my home. <br />

Joe and Maria worked with us, and made their own suggestions for design and products.  We chose to go a bit higher end on the tile and the shower head than was included in the original deal.  We also had them install radiant floor heat, so we ended up paying quite a bit more than the deal, but we got what we wanted, and consider it well worth the price. <br />

Overall very satisfied. The contractor was on time and delivered a finished product on schedule. Husband and wife team performed most of the work. Only noticed a few "attention to detail" flaws. Overall very happy with my new Town Home look. <br />

It went great. He looked at the problem, gave me a rough time estimate and cost, went to home depot to pick up supplies, returned and fixed the problem. <br /> Great guy, very friendly and a pleasure to do work with. Will definitely call again in the future. <br />

The workers were nice. They did not arrive on the day they told me they would. They took the worlds best  hand held shower head and gave me a sorry one. The grout changed colors right away. <br />
