The gentleman said he is now retired but came out to honor the deal I paid for. He was professional and personal. He was a wonderful man to converse with. I am so pleased with the work he did. <br />

It went just fine. He does have his limits within his experiences on his abilities , but has been up front and typically honest in letting me know if he was getting in over his head on a project. <br />

Gerald did an excellent job of keeping my lawn (i.25 acres) tidy all summer. He is very experienced and so works quickly and efficiently, with the proper tools. He also shows initiative and is accommodating, courteous, and cheerful. I'll be using his services again this coming summer. <br />

He was prompt, very friendly, professional and trustworthy. He had skills to complete the jobs. But, I have had some issues with the work. The work that was completed was not thoroughly checked. A door frame was repair and when it was, the door which closed before, now doesn't. And a newly replaced door handle, has fallen off in my hand and the shower head leaks. I have to call back to have these things fixed, which is on me to follow up with. I just have procrastinated. <br />

Gerard was amazing, called him on Monday he was in Bel Air on Tuesday <br /> and Wednesday to do all the work I needed. He was prompt, polite, and <br /> did a wonderful job. As a woman alone in the house with him I felt <br /> completely safe. I would recommend him to anyone in need of general <br /> handyman service. I expect to be using him again in the future for all <br /> of my handyman needs. <br />

Gerald was very professional and the work performed was outstanding. He came all way from PA as he is the only Handrail Manufacturer that we found in Angie's List. He had to come twice: once to take the measurements and discuss with me the details of the job and the second time of installation. He did it with great care of our house and what was needed. The cost as very reasonable.We certainly would recommend him.
