After leaving called him the two door locks wouldn't close. He mentioned 'the French doors weren't square'. We setup an another appointment for November 9th to 'square' the French doors. Two of four doors completed. His communication was terrible. First time never called until outside the front door. The second appointment was a general in the afternoon I'll be there. I called him at 5 pm still not done with prior job. I left text message at 7pm and stated don't bother coming over. I removed some weather stripping to get the locks to work.
