Started 5/16/25, said was going to take 3 days. On 5/27/25 he said it was done. We inspected that day and paid in full. But as days went on we noticed things were not done. There was wood missing, exterior wasn’t painted fully, exterior didnt have any caulking, gaps between roof and walls, doors don’t close properly, one window installed upside down, no framing around back window of shed. He came out once or twice more but didn’t complete and wanted me to pay $500 more to get work done. I have pictures of the work and texts from him saying he’d return but never did. Finally I needed to utilize the shed so I went to plug in the electrical and the plug fell off the wire. Had to try and figure out and texted him and he saw the texts as it says read but never responded to me. I had to hire an electrician who informed the work was not done correctly. Had to go buy new electrical items as well and electrician has to fix to make it work. Here we are almost two months out and the shed is not done. This is ridiculous and needs to be made right.

His prices were reasonable, his work was good and he is very personable. We are hiring him to do additional work around our home. Initially we hired him to fix 2 doors that expanded to 3 doors and some plumbing work and now he will be fixing up our gates. Super happy so far.

Terrible! Handyman sanded my pinewood dining room table without any covering which sand totally covered my entire kitchen & living room. He then painted shellac with a brush that left bristles in the mold and many spots were rough and not smooth. Returned the next day, used covering to resand, then sprayed instead of painting shella, which when it dried, left the table rough & gritty. I mentioned how he was going to handle the total mess he had made to my apartment & he walked away. I asked that he return, resand & just leave the wood unfinished. He never showed up or called and he ignores my calls & texts.

He was awesome! We had him install 2 ceiling fans and one was in a difficult location and he did both very well. He also explained to me proper wiring for the lights to make sure everything is to code. I will definitely hire him again if I need a handyman :)

Good communication. Was late but kept me posted. Would have preferred that he quoted me a lower price rather than get into the negotiation game. Saw the job, we agreed on a price. He went to Home Depot, got the materials, came back and got to work. Said it would take a couple hours and he was right on. Our skylight screen is fixed ( difficult access) and we are pleased with the job.

Well done. Gary singlehandedly extended gate to fit from inside to outside of door frame and painted it from red to white. Gary worked diligently and continuously until job completed same day.

After lots of searching Gary learned that the cable wasn’t connected to anything so proceeded to hang the set and help connect it to an antenna. He also surveyed a crack in our kitchen counter and went to a hardware store to get material he then used to cover the crack. He is a gracious person who handled our “to do” list at a very reasonable price. He’s on our handyman list for sure.
