Trixie has worked on three houses for me. She has painted, repaired roofing leaks, replaced large sections of drywall, and done minor electrical work. The largest repair was on a poorly done seal on my chimney which caused a leak and a massive problem underneath inside the house. That work was done seven years ago and we have had no leaks or issues since. Her best skill is painting. She has painted the complete outside and inside of two houses for me and is an artist. You'll never see someone else with the brush control and speed Trixie has. No tape, but perfect cuts and lines at every angle. It's impressive to watch. Trixie is my reliable go to handyman and painter from small jobs to large.
