Handyman For Hire, LLC

This was suppose to be a four day job, turned into seven days.they painted over oil base boards, now paint peels off. I replaced five doors, poor quality doors. Two are warped, will not close.( this job was done Nov.4, 2020.) Has not lasted a year. Paid over $2500., now they will not return any calls or text. Cheryl Ann was lead contractor, Alan Cruz was carpenter. I really liked them until now. I am a widow on limited income, can not afford to have work done over. I just want door fixed.

I have been very understanding and patient and hoping the work that was originally planned for Handyman For Hire to complete would be done. After months of delay, I have been hesitant to post a review or complaint because I was hoping something would work out. Due to lack of communication and the repairs not actually being done even though they stated that the ceiling repairs were complete. I was informed that they had in fact not completed the work in which they previously told me they had completed. They told me that they would do what they Could in 24 hours and the house would simply be left as it was because the project manager would be taking a leave of absence. The Workers damaged two of the glass light bulb coverings of my fans. In addition I have lights that will not turn on within my home. Thus in was told that they hired an electrician that would correct the issues with my lights. The lights have yet to be fixed. I continued to inquire about hiring an electrician that will actually fix my lights and even give me the contact information for the electrician all to no avail. I now have to hire someone else to fix the work that was originally needing to be repaired. I am completely and utterly disappointed.

Very good job on the Pressure wash. Painting was average.

Very responsive. Friendly, professional team. They painted my entire house inside, both floors and also did a variety of other â honey doâ tasks on my handyman list. Ill be calling them again.

John did an estimate. He has since abandoned the position. Was told the job would take about 4 days, it has been 8 days and not done yet. The hardware store gave the wrong color, I had to pay for more paint. The crew got paint on the carpet and furniture. Doors are still not ready, the doorman had to leave for family reason, no one else to bring in to finish. Wish I never started this job.

Very professional; great workmanship and communication. I would certainly hire them again if need arises.

Jon did a great job of estimating the work and making sure I was happy each step of the way. He outsourced the work to his contractors and checked in on site every other other day to make sure the work was progressing and that I was happy.

The two guys worked very hard from 10:30 till about 3:30. The house was really in need of washing and they worked hard to it clean.

John the owner called us back quickly which was good. However he gave us a bit too much personal info for our taste but was very nice. His worker did the job and was excellent with professionalism and quality of work.

Very accomodating to get a same day pressure wash, gutter clen out, job done when another vendor I was working with couldn t do the job. Bruce, on their team is a hard worker, has great time management, and will make sure you are happy with the end result.

Excellent. Expedient. Company of integrity! Brian and John went out of their way to accommodate and service all areas of our project. Once we felt so comfortable with them we added many more items to our list! Showed up on time. Cleaned up and fixed all our little issues! Changed light fixtures and fans, repaired a bed, installed blinds, caulked the tub, Im convinced there isn t a general home repair they cant tackle!! Will def hire them again and again!

This company takes such pride in their work it is truly a great change of pace from the typical American who does just enough to get by. Even after the job was done and paid for they had no problems stopping by and touching up just a few spots I wanted fixed even if it meant working after hours. All the workers are kind and respectful and can be extremely flexible to your schedule and I truly can not recommend them enough!

on time -ran smoothly.

I was in the process of preparing my house for selling and I needed to get the interior painted. It was easy to set up a schedule with John and his team member Brian. John takes a lot of pride in his work and so he makes sure that the work is done right. John was easy to work with and he was accommodating of the additional requests that I made. I wanted him to paint the doors and he obliged. His rates are also reasonable. All in all, a good experience. Would recommend him.

Jon, Stephen and Jerry got it done and came through with everything they said they would do and more. Appreciate them.

They did an an excellent job on what I hired them for and then gave me a very good price to paint my whole house as well. The team did an excellent job and did some other things that I didn't ask for that made it look even better. Highly professional group

I was happy with his work. I would hire again.

If you have to buy tools ,material and haul all this stuff and clean up your mess ,it will cost you more in long run.Just hire this guy done in one day,i would recomend him. J.M.W jax fla.

I thought it was alittle expensive. But my family is telling me it was a fair price. I m very pleased with the work and the professional painters.
