He was in and out in a little over an hour, fair price, quite polite and sociable. Did a great job for me, and I would definitely recommend him to others.

The contractor came when he said he would. He completed the job efficiently and well as well as at a reasonable price.

A real nice person but job was sloppy. The whole project took longer than expected. The paint job for replacing the wood trimmings was very sloppy. I had to request to make presentation neater a few times. Make sure that you review job thoroughly and in the daylight. I've asked him to comeback to tidy of some of his repairs. He agreed nicely but for one reason or another was available during the agreed time (months now). I also noticed one of his task, replacing the molding around the laundry room door, is now going to cost me more money to repair. The wall and paint job around the molding was destroyed. No care was given in removing the molding and he did not say a word. I wouldn't have notice it until much later. I had to replace a lightbulb in the hallway. I removed the lamp shade and changed the light bulb before he replaced the molding. I went to put back on the lamp shade and I was shocked to see the damaged wall. Again a very pleasant personality but sloppy work. Lessons learned for me.

Charlie was great.   Easy to work with.  He repaired hinges from a broken gate and hung iron work on my brick walls. <br>He centered things correctly on the first try.   He didn't have the right tools to change a particular faucet, so he needs to return. <br>We hit a bit of a scheduling issue, but it worked out.  I would use him again. <br>

He made multiple trips up and down our curved stairwell and didn't hit the walls at all :) which I'm sure wasn't easy to do.  He was quiet, quick but not rushed at all.  I was really impressed with the quality of his work and his responsiveness to my request.  He was at my house (right on time) within a few days of original contact.  I highly recommend him.

It was okay. There were some additional charges because I had them do a couple of things. They completed the jobs and it's still standing. He took care of all the jobs.
