We paid Handyman Elite $1250 to assemble a gazebo kit at our home, and what we got was disappointing and dangerous. Posts are leaning, the structure is visibly not level, and the workmanship looks shoddy. After the job, we asked them to fix it. They refused, saying that because we paid in full, they were no longer responsible for correcting the work, which is not accurate under Missouri law. Payment does not release a contractor from performing work in a safe and workmanlike manner. It took weeks to get them to send someone back out, and he only addressed superficial issues we were not as concerned about. Attempts to hire another professional have so far failed because no one wants to clean up their mess. This is a company that takes money and walks away, leaving defective, unsafe work behind. If you hire them, be prepared to spend more money and time fixing their mistakes yourself. Photos of the installation speak for themselves. Avoid this company.

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. This was easily one of the worst service experiences I have ever encountered, from the project supervision to the contractor, Andy, who was assigned to my project. The term ?supervisor? is generous?they only seemed to follow up to ensure they received payment; despite numerous complaints I made about Andy?s work and behavior. This ?supervisor? never once showed up to site to check up on the complaints. By day 13, I no longer felt safe around Andy due to comments he made, such as admitting to being an ?angry drunk,? threatening behavior by referencing a ?South City? side of himself, and openly describing violent incidents involving his child that required police intervention. In one text, he wrote, ?You?re messing with the wrong person and I?m getting pissed.? Andy brought a buddy to my house that stole items from my house, Andy also stole items, put personal items on my receipts, threatened me, and brought his bong to my house

Guy repaired the drywall in several places. You can’t see that any repair was done, it’s perfect. Repaired the floor in the laundry room, that also you can’t tell a repair was done. And finally he put done a tray under the washer. I really hate he’s leaving because I would request him for fixes my home would need in the future. Good luck and thank you.

Guy was great and did fantastic work! He was on time, efficient and knew what he was doing. I would hire Guy again for any upcoming needs or projects.

Don't do work for this company they will not pay you they still haven't sent me my payment bad business they over price everything and don't pay their contractors
