Joe was extremely professional. He communicated when he was available and worked with my schedule (which I thought was extremely nice, knowing he has a busy schedule being a firefighter too.) When he arrived we discussed what needed to be done again and he went to work. Before leaving he made sure that nothing was left behind, and that the areas he worked in were clean. I will be using him again.
