He quoted me a fair price that was highly competitive with other professionals asked about the same job. Lee completed the job as requested for the price quoted. Lee rehabed my 2 half baths, replaced vanity, toilet. Along the way, he discovered leak inside the wall and molds were all over. He knocked down the drywall and replaced it. He also installed ceiling fan, exterior light fixture, repair door frame , paint jobs, installef vinyl floor..etc. He is very experienced and can do practical everything around the house from electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint... etc. He care what he does and knowledgeable enough to do it well. He is like many handymen in one. He seems to do his work mostly ln Reston, Herdon. Sterling and Chantilly area.

Lee called me within 15 minutes of my posting. 1 hour later he was at my business looking at everything to understand the job. 3 days later the job was completely. No issues everything was completed better than what I expected. Will hire again.

Mr Lee replaced the rotted wood and crown molding around my dormers by PVC boards. He and his associate did an excellent job with a very reasonable price. I definitely will hire him again.
