"Dear Sir, We appreciate your feed back and it's always welcome! However, we did not have a craftsman at your home, nor were you on our schedule on 9/19/2016. Perhaps, it was another company that came to your home on that date. With that said however, we did come to your home early in July regarding adding a roof vent in a particular area that you identified. On that date in July, we sent a craftsman - Armando - who has been with our company for 9 years to do the assessment. You were there and signed our work-order to proceed with the assessment. Armando went into the attic and determined there was not any room nor was the area accessible to work. He discussed this with you and at this point you signed off on our work order as completed. Specifically, our work order reads: " I hereby acknowledge the satisfactory completion of all services rendered, and agree to pay the total specified. Customer X______." Of which you signed making it the second time you signed off on this work order. For this assessment, we charged $50.00 which was explained during your initial call, of which you paid by check. Armando made notes on the work order that if you wanted any other task or service that we provided that the $50.00 you paid would be credited to that service and discounted off that invoice. If you had not understood nor accepted that we charge for assessments, you most likely wouldn't have booked this appointment. We make specific time and date appointments for our employees. Your job was booked for 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 11, 2016. Our craftsmen call the night before to confirm their appointment and then show up on schedule the next day. Going forward, I will honor the credit on your next project or gladly refund your money. We work hard to satisfy our customers and that is why we have very good reviews. We strive to be the best by giving the best. It matters and it's just that simple. Please let me know what I can do to help or find a resolution for you. John Murray, owner"

"Thanks for your business! We in Arcadia all the time, so it's nice to receive a review from the area! Many thanks, John Murray, Owner"
"Thanks for detailing your review and, of course, the opportunity to serve you! We think it is important to be thorough but we also choose to appropriately charge fairly. When we provide our estimate on large jobs, we give a range rather than an overly priced quote. The range between the lower price and the higher price isn't large and it'[Member Information Removed] based on your scope of work. Essentially, it is what we believe it will take to do the job. We've been doing this awhile, so we also take into consideration similar past jobs. Our upper price is a price not-to-exceed for the scope of work involved. Obviously, if something is added by our customer, then those costs are added. In this case, we came in on the lower side of our range and thus, we charged accordingly. Just seems fair and the right thing to do. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to do business the right way. John Murray, Owner"
