Great! He was the first to respond to the Angi request. He contacted my renter promptly and was there the following day. He sent pictures of the malfunctioning doorknob, offered solutions, and had the project completed in a couple of hours, including a trip to Home Depot, all at a very reasonable price. I'll hire Manny again, for sure!

Manny called, confirmed, and delivered the service as requested. He is a professional and holds up standards as mentioned on his mission. After cutting the counter, he offered to move the stove which was not part of the deal. A well-prepared undividual with all his tools ready to tackle the job. He wanted to make sure the customer that the task was completed and have the customer visualize the final outcome of the project. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a handyman tasks. Manny and his team were absolutely AMAZING! After paying for a bad tile job I contacted Manny to see if miracles could be performed in the small time-frame I had to get my bathroom fixed and perform a miracle they did! In just 2+ days Manny and his team completely retiled my bathroom floor, fixed a broken toilet flange, reinstalled the toilet, installed a new bathroom vanity, removed & replaced/re-wired for a new bathroom exhaust vent and re-hung my bathroom light the correct way. I am very grateful that he took on such a hefty task with such short notice. I would definitely hire him and his team again.

We are very please with the work that Manny and his crew did for us. Manny was meticulous during the the walk through of the house, pointed our problems we did were not aware of. During the project he kept up informed of the progress, and promptly responded to our calls, texts and emails. The stucco repair made the exterior look like a complete re-stucco. Manny is fair, honest, professional very personable. His work was so impressive that a neighbor asked for his contact information.

Manny was great from the very beginning. He was very punctual and polite. I needed him to reroute the kitchen drain pipe for a new single bowl sink. He did that, removed the old sink and installed the new sink for me. He communicated what he was going to do during the job and left the area clean when he was done. This kitchen sink project was a long time coming. We have ceramic counter tiles which needed precise cutting to fit a new aluminum -sink in and remove our under-mounted steel sink. What was a challenge for 4 other expert plumbers. Manny (plumber) took on the challenge with pride and succeed our expectations to the fullest. You would do a dis-service not hiring him for all your plumbing & kitchen projects. He pays great attention to details and is very responsible. Takes great pride in his work.
