It was a nightmare! After removing mold and replacing ceilings nothing was finished. He was supposed to paint the whole house except one room. The four rooms he painted are not finished and absolutely not acceptable. He put some insulation up and it did not look new. The drywall ceiling was supposed to be 5/8 inch but it is only 1/4 inch. My main concern is what I paid for and did not receive. I paid for shutters for 12 inside windows. I paid for a walk-in tub and delivery. I paid for materials, vinyl etc, for my porch and carport. I paid for material to put on the roof. I paid for a ring doorbell and a ring flood light camera with installation. I do not know what other material I have paid for because he would never give me copies of what I had bought. He said I would have no more materials to pay for it was paid in full. He got a confirmation from home Depot for the shutters to be in April 5th 2022. He said he got confirmation for the tub to be delivered to my house April the 5th or 7th. I have cashed checks but he never gave me receipts from the beginning. He always had an excuse why he could not give me hard copies for everything. I ask for hard copies because I'm not real good with email. Paul has not responded to any of my calls or texts since Wednesday April 6th 2022. Roy his partner also did not respond to my text.

After we pay him a deposit of $3000. The original estimate is 60 ours of work and only completed 10 hours and did not return, I called him almost everyday. Occasionally there is always a response but there's always an excuse.

It was a terrible nightmare. Quality of work is very inferior contractor abandoned the job a little way half through with no communication at all. Stay away from this company.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] is completely right. It was terrible experience. But what he fail to mention is the whole truth. Mr and Mrs [Member Name Removed] are Portraying their selves as interior designer, and in fact they are not. They hired my company to do a few different jobs that they took on. One job required to different quotes. I supplied them with the quotes. The higher of the two was accepted. We signed a contract for the quote and supplies. My company showed up with supplies and ready to start. But the [Member Name Removed] weren’t anywhere around. I talk to homeowner, homeowner advised me that she didn’t want the job I was contracted to do, she actually wanted the second quote. So this started off with Mrs and Mr. [Member Name Removed] lying to everyone. They took my contract and retro if for there use. My contract was with Mr. [Member Name Removed] and myself, but his wife was involved, and had no clue what she was doing. Very rude and nasty attitude. Did not understand the supplies or the shortage of supplies. Then proceed to tell me that they was going back to Mexico. Never told me they lived in Mexico. Long store short, we supplied all materials did most of the job, but got tried of the lies and the nasty and hatefulness for Mrs [Member Name Removed]. In short I would never lie to my customers and I would never ever charge you for something that I’m not going to do I believe in karma 100%! Paul was outstanding. He fixed the trim around the front door, replacing it. He painted the door inside and out and recoated the back screen door. Excellent, efficient and easy to work with.

The owners, Mr and Mrs Hamilton were a breath of fresh remodeling air. They kept their appointment times, they stood by their estimates, it was almost as gratifying seeing them work together as a team as it was seeing our project vision come to reality. I had a strong feeling of professionalism and humanity from both. You can tell. If you want great work accomplished in a timely manner and no surprises with the bill, call them. You won't be disappointed.

Well, I needed a contractor to do some work on some investment property that I own. I didn't really know anyone in the area to call. So I went to Angi.com. I did some research. And I found like, three possible contractors to get in touch with. I asked for them to contact me. Handyman Plus got back to me very promptly. Everything was courteous, straightforward. So I asked them to come out and take a look. Give me a proposal. Well, they did. And that went well. They were very professional all the way around. And it wasn't too long after they left that I got a proposal, both email and text. So I went forward and set the job up. They showed up at the proper time, the next day. And did the work. They sent pictures showing how the work was done. Great. Everything was great. They did everything they said they were gonna do. Then they sent an invoice I paid by Venmo. They have a handful of different ways to pay them in whatever manner you're comfortable with. So I am happy, happy, happy. The next thing that came up was that I needed to be done, which was actually like, just a few days after I used them for the first time because I'd been having problems finding somebody who would do what they said they were going to do. It is really hard in 2021 to find that person. And Handyman Plus is that person. Give them a call. They'll take care of you. I'll be calling them again soon.
