The two handymen were pleasant and easy to deal with and completed the following tasks successfully: installing curtain rods and brackets in the master bedroom and assembling a medium-sized wooden desk. However - prior to the visit, I specifically requested that they hang two very large mirrors using anchors. I was not aware of what anchors looked like when they installed hooks instead of anchors. After they left, I learned that the hooks that they installed would have led the mirrors to fall off the walls and they had NOT install anchors. The office manager was not accommodating except to reduce the fee by $15. After several back and forth and a conversation with the owner, I agreed to pay the $300 minimum, but it would have made a big difference in my experience, if the office manager had been more flexible on the fees, given that the work performed was sub-standard and even dangerous (if the mirrors had fallen on someone). I would NOT hire them again.

Arrived on time. Very friendly and detailed focused, made sure everything was done exactly how we liked it. Also pushed back on things which didn't make sense to prevent future damage. Only negative would be is that maybe they took a little too long on some tasks, meaning that we were charge more hours than maybe should have been. It was worth it for the quality though. Highly recommended!

Response to my email request for an estimate was immediate. Work began when expected. Labor was quiet (no yelling across distances, no loud radio) and polite. Jobs appear to be very well done and site was immaculate when completed. Contract includes statement that if additional work is necessary, customer will pay at an hourly rate. This open-ended agreement resulted about 60% increase in the cost of the windows on the final invoice. I recommend this business; however, I plan to get more estimates from other businesses for window repair/replacement.

Came on time and the crew did good work. Very reasonably priced. The only suggestion was that they do a more thorough check when cleaning up: a nail was left in the driveway and had I not checked, it could have given me a flat.

Handyman Pro came to my rescue after 3 other contractors did not respond to my needs. This past winter the ice dams tore down one of my gutters and facia boards. I needed the facia board replaced and other gutters removed. I guess this job was to small for the other 3 companies but not Handyman Pro. It was very easy setting up the appointment in a timely manner. Tony Catilli, the owner met his men here at 7am and went through the requirements of the job. His men were professionals. This company took the small job others wouldn't. Since this job I have brought back Handyman Pro for a larger job removing 3 windows and replacing them with a picture window combination and a 4 window combination in one of my rooms. Yes I would recommend this company for small or large jobs. Don't let the Handyman name fool you. Tony Catalli is a well seasoned building and construction supervisor as well as versed in many other fields of maintenance.

I was very happy with the work of Tony and his crew. The job wasn't as straight-forward as anticipated. Some drain piping needed to be redone in one bathroom and the perpindicular wall to the countertop in the other was not square with the mirror wall and needed to be cut so the countertop would slip inside it eliminating the gap with that wall. Tony's crew spent the extra time needed to complete the job right and in the end both countertops looked great. Tony's crew worked hard and were friendly and professional. <br />

<p>I asked Tony to do an emergency repair of three boards on my deck. Tony quoted me $200 for the job. However, he sent me an invoice for $215. This was a 7.5% bill over his estimate. Tony gave me his estimate after visiting my home and after his crew had completed the repair. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Further, his crew did not clean up the work site. There are many nails left on my deck after they left. I asked his office manager to arrange to clean up these nails. I am in a wheelchair and I cannot clean up these nails, and they represent a hazard to me.</p> <p>After posting this review, I have updated my ratings. Handyman Pro promised multiple times to return to my home and clean up all the nails left on my deck. I have reminded them again today that I will withhold payment until such time as they clean up the mess they left behind. I am tired of chasing them.<br /> <br /> </p>

He was on time very professional,  He got right to work and started setting up the furniture. it took him less than and hour to finish. I was greatly satisfied with the job. Would hire him again. <br />

We bought a house in September 2014 and it had a lot of issues that we were not able to tackle. Doors were missing, joists had been cut for pipes to run through and some other odd things. Tony came in personally and looked it over and gave me a very accurate estimate for the work. They were able to work around me and my husband and our 2 cats and got everything done quickly with minimal mess. All emails were answered promptly and the bill was pretty much what he said it would be. Thanks again, gentlemen. <br />

I’ve used him before.  The service was fine.  He went out of his way to see me and see me promptly, and that was good.  I had no problems with him.  He did everything he was supposed to do and I’ve had no complaints on the work.  I think I will probably use him as a handyman if I need one again.

Took 3 to 4 weeks to be available but I expect good workers to be busy.  Did not come for scheduled appointment but when we called, Tony he came right over.  Was probably a miscommunication with his office manager.  Probably not usual.  Fixed our door later that day.  Very pleasant and polite.  Was not trying to sell us more than we needed.  Seemed knowledgeable.  Had a very creative way to keep our door from flying way open in the wind.  No one else had thought of his idea.  We will definitely call on him for work again. <br />

We were very pleased with Tony; he did some great work for us; he was the best. He helped us hire his electrician and that guy was trouble. He installed a used circuit breaker; he bashed a hole in the walls around the cable in the side of the electrical box instead of going in through the back. I was not impressed with that so we will not be doing business with him again. I do not know what his name is but he was Tony's guy. Everything but the electrician was fantastic. He was very professional, very polite and they did not leave a mess. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and the dishwasher is working great. Just look out for the electrician. We had to chase him a little to get him to respond.
