"Wow I hate when people don’t tell the whole story. Let’s start off with what really happened first off her house got flooded from a broken pipe in her bathroom. Dumping about 5,000-8000 gallons of water on the bottom floor. She forgot to mention that she’s a hoarder. She has a two bedroom condo, it is slam packed from ceiling to floor throughout the whole condo. You have to walk through there sideways. If we put the stuff in the trash, she would go get it and bring it back in the house after we left for the day. She also forgot to mention that she has about 150 birds. So pictured this in your mind, 150 birds with feathers and bird food and bird droppings all over the walls the floors and everything imagine that smell we cleaned all that up we replaced all the walls and I’m just giving this short version, we were coming from Florence South Carolina to Charleston. We would get to her house and she would cancel because she was sick or she had a doctors appointment she did this to us about 10 to 12 times everybody and I mean everybody that has worked for her. She has found problems with and also forgot to mention she has a dog named Charlie and all he does all day long is bark and I mean all day long And I invite her to take me to court because I have full documentation of her house. I have full documentation of every day that we drove to Charleston and she canceled on us we’ve done probably $10-$12,000 worth of work so I think she got a great deal at 7000. Not saying she’s a bad person just saying very impossible to work with.."
