If I could give him 0 stars I would. So. Parnell put in our dishwasher maybe 2 years ago. He did a great job, quick fast efficient. He did my parents AC system maybe 2 years ago as well. So I figured why not use him! So out ac went out in September/october. Since it was cold outside, we decided to wait until it started to heat up to fix it. We bought the AC unit in February, and it took him 3 weeks to install the unit. We were okay with that because it was still chilly outside. So two days after installation. The unit goes out again. He said it was the coils, whole time he didn?t put Freon in. So he was supposed to do it Friday morning but he never showed. Today I texted him to let him know the level of unprofessionalism and this is what I got. A threat. Lol Now was I nice to him in my message? No. But he could have said, ?hey let?s sever ties.?. Instead he called me a bitch to my husband and called my dad a bitch ass n word. 0/10 I clearly will never do business with him again!

Larnell responded quickly in my time of emergency- a block in my drain line caused the drain vent to fill with water and gunk.... and caused it all to come pouring through the walls and kitchen cabinets. He came quickly, found the pipe that detached, repaired it, and fixed the P-Trap under the sink to ensure we can easily prevent it from happening again by draining it ourselves. He always explains what he does, explains why he does it and is fair, dependable, honest and courteous. His pricing is fair- way less than any call out from these major companies and he is my first call- especially for AC or Plumbing.
