Great and quick with a good price

Bill installed my window unit in less than an hour. It works perfectly!

He did an absolutely perfect job replacing the soffits and facial on our home. During the project, he discovered that some of the original work done by the builder had not been done correctly, so he had to rebuild certain areas in order to complete the job properly. It took a little longer than expected and cost a little more but it was all worth it. He was on time, honest, precise and always followed through on what he said he’d do. His attention to details and quality of work were excellent. We are really happy with how everything turned out. If I could give a 10 start review l would. Everything was done to perfection! I had 4 sheet rock repairs done, some shoe molding replaced, window sill replaced, 4 blinds hung. I would definitely hire him again! If you want things done right the first time call this guy!!

Did a great job

Handymansfield, aka Bill Mansfield was very knowledgeable and professional. His knowledge of materials was very important for this project and his advice was spot on. My only observations, which as a woman unfortunately happens a lot, is that often my instructions are not followed or understood. I found metal scraps after the jobs was completed when I asked about clean up at the beginning of the project - which includes shards of metals that could become flying objects when mowing the yard. At over $2k in labor, I'd expect such clean up. We also could had communicated better as to moving topsoil bags away from the fence - which I could not do as I recently had spinal surgery and am under a no lifting doctor's order. I greatly appreciated his assistance in returning unused materials to the retailer - so despite any problems in communications, I highly recommend this contractor for any fencing project.

Bill did an excellent job. He went above and beyond the requirements of our stated contract to point out potential issues in the job and made the necessary corrections. His prices are fair and reasonable. He worked through the day, despite challenging weather conditions and cleaned up his work space without prompting. I wouldn’t hesitate to rehire him and wholeheartedly recommend him.

Wow! Where do I even start? From the very beginning, Mr. Mansfield communicated with me consistently all the way up until his arrival at my home. He took his time, walked me through everything he was doing, and asked questions to make sure the TV was mounted exactly how I wanted it. Mr. Mansfield not only mounted my TV, but did so in the precise fashion I requested. He did a phenomenal job, arrived on time, and was extremely respectful and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
