About us

I am a retired contractor from the Midwest. Dee and I supplement our income with handyman work. We have hundreds of references for all sorts of projects, (as listed). The cost of operating a vehicle forces us to charge a trip charge if we are asked to travel out of the Golden Valley area. That charge varies according to distance but starts at $35.00 for more that 25 miles. All of our work is guaranteed. Parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranties.

They were very slow because they did not show up until late and then worked very little. The owner did no work but relied on other employee(s) to do the work.

We initially thought that there was a leak in the line for which a quote was provided. Once the line was uncovered to repair the leak it was discovered that the entire line (lead pipe which had been installed when the house was built in 1967) was corroded and would probably continue to spring leaks even after the first was repaired. The contractor recommended that the entire line be replaced although he was more than willing to repair only the leak for the initial estimate of $195. I agreed with his recommendation. <br /> The repair was expected to take several days so the contractor ran a temporary supply line to the house so that we would not be without water. <br /> We were totally satisfied with the work that was completed and that the employees were professional and courteous. <br />
