The work went well.  I also wanted to install some long term smoke detectors but that did not happen due to technical issues, not due to any fault of the employee.  My real complaint was in paying the bill.  I gave a check to the workman but he did not turn it over to the owner.  I had to put a stop payment on the first check and issue another one.  I want to stress that the owner paid the fee for the stop payment and his worker had quit and would not respond to calls.  The difficulty was not really his fault but it was something of a bother to have to deal with this.  I would consider using his services again if he could assure me that the processing problems were solved. <br />

The miscellaneous jobs were done very well and in about one hour.    <br />  The men caulking the shower applied the first amount of caulk and waited for it to dry.   Then they  applied additional caulk.      I did not check their work.    When I did check the work three days later  the caulk was rough and not smooth.   I did call the man who did the miscellaneous job.  He said he could do it early the next week.  But we were on vacation for the next two weeks.   I called this man when I came back.  Eventually he did return my call and said that he was not employed by the company any longer.  <br /> I then contacted the company by email and phone.     The owner did come to repair the  shower caulk.  He had to put in two applications of caulk.   He did return about 5:30 PM to finish the job.     <br /> I  am very well satisfied with the job the owner did.    <br />  Overall a B +. <br />

They did great.  They were very punctual and very well mannered.  I really loved them.  I would highly recommend them as well as use them again when I need to.

The service was exemplary in every respect. The service was exemplary in every respect.Courteous, professional, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. The fact that they had weekend hours was a major bonus. I had assumed that I would have to take off from work to get this taken care of. They are absolutely my go to Handyman for all future needs.

Justin & Blair were perfectly punctual and perfect gentlemen at all times. I am old and I was impressed with so much respect from such young men. They put surgeon shoes on (special touch there), got right to work and was always asking to make sure the right things were being taken out.

The worker did excellent detailed work even suggesting a different way to handle our wood trim work then we had planned. His choice of trim matched our existing paneling to a T and makes or family room warm and inviting. He was very courteous, professional and handled our small items such as putting up a paper towel rack with just as much care. He continually asked my wife's opinion on the blinds and drapes. He even fixed a couple of items when he came out for the estimate.

I made the request on line.  Within a few hours I received a call back asking for details and and an appointment time.  <br /> Justine and Blair called within 15 minutes of the appointment.  The exhaust pipe in the attic was not attached at all to the roof vent pipe.   This pipe was at a 45 degrees angle connecting to the roof vent pipe. The vent pipe to the roof was hanging by one nail.   <br /> They purchased the materials and reconnected the vent pipe from the roof to the kitchen exhaust fan with flexible piping.  They also told me that the connection to the kitchen fax was not secure.  they also repaired this. <br /> I am very well pleased with their work.       <br /> <br /> <br />
