The garage door system failed on Saturday. I could not open the door even manually. I called Hannah's Garage Doors on Saturday and got a call back a few minutes later. I was told they could have someone out on Sunday at the higher weekend rate or Monday morning at the regular rate. I scheduled for Monday morning. Quinton called me Monday morning and said he was on his way. He was there on time. He fixed the door that morning. I am very happy with the service and the amount charged. The door is probably more than 40 years old and it works smoothly and much more quietly after the repair.

Single spring broke and Quinton (owner) not only returned my call immediately but was out within 3 hours to get the job done before I needed to run to an appointment. I gave him the spring dimensions/gauge and he had part in hand all in one job. Recommend.
