Vadim arrived on short notice and was incredibly helpful troubleshooting an ongoing problem in my refrigerator. I had hoped to diagnose the issue myself expecting a service call would be a big expense. I finally made a desperate plea for help through Angie’s list. Vince called immediately and arrived an hour later. He could see I was frazzled. He was thoughtful and kind, took time explaining the problem and my options to repair. Cost was less than I expected. I truly appreciate his help. I will call on him again and will recommend him to others without a doubt. A+++

My dishwasher died on me,. The gentleman came and looked at it, Took off the panel at the bottom. He declared that the motherboard was dead and unfortunately no replacement was available because my dishwasher was too old and parts are unavailable. They certainly don't make them like they used to. Now I guess it means a new one.

Yes Vincent checked out my concerns I had with my dishwasher racks had turned pink. I was very concerned about possible bacteria. He explained what was happening and explained how to clean it. I would highly recommend him as he was honest , professional and even showed us a problem with our refrigerator that my husband could do an easy fix on. He is obviously very knowledgeable on his profession. Thanks Vince would definitely call him again.

Very responsive and nice that he's available on weekends. I had two issues with my fridge- water dispenser stopped working and ice was forming behind the drawers. He ordered the appropriate parts and it was fixed within a week.

I called at 6:30 pm desperate to get my refrigerator repaired. Another repair company had told me they could get the part and repair it in 5 days. Happy Again responded right away and had it repaired by 8:30 pm. I was thrilled by the service and the price was reasonable. I was very impressed and would definitely use them again.

They were very nice to come to my home on such short notice...there were a few delays in the timing, but eventually Ivan came here and replaced the part that seemed to be causing the problem with the restricted water flow. I am surprised that there is only a 21 day warranty on parts and labor, but they helped me out of a jam.

Came to repair the GE fridge. After asking and receiving $1700 in cash, the fridge was cooler than before, but it continues to experience random fluctuations in temperature, alternating between warm and cold. There was no written receipt, nor a list of parts replaced, nor a warranty from the manufacturer. He said some switches were not installed and would install them later. He never showed up to replace the switches. A new trip/diagnosis would cost $85. Now everything melts.
