"I’m sorry you were disappointed and perhaps some things were unclear. The house was very very large and needed a lot of work. Your budget was only 1/3 of our quote and I had stated I charge hourly and will do what we can in the hours working York budget. The first two floors took up the budget you could afford so there was no time on third floor. The second cleaner arrived 20 min late bc that’s the time she starts daily due to childcare and they stayed that extra 20 min and finished what they could. When they left the first two floors were cleaned very well. We can only do so much in the time allotted. This grade was not deserved and we got you in last minute rearranging everything on our schedule and providing you with services within your budget."

"I wish you were honest when we called to ask how the cleaning was. We would have rectified it. We don’t know if you don’t tell us. I am the owner responding to this review. I clean every single day. I work at least 60 hours a week so I’m not a silent owner who sits back and collect a check. So the gal that was out sick that day I already had a full schedule myself. I do know she was there longer than 2.5 hours that day I would have most DEFINITELY come out and cleaned it myself again had I known. I am a very hands on owner and work really hard so I feel this review is not fair. When you say everything is great I can’t fix it. Thank you for letting me vent"

"this is not accurate as i the owner was there until 630 pm that evening i had 3 gals there until myself and another gal could show up and i sent the first 3 home about 3pm to relieve them and i myself and another gal stayed to finish up the job and i also recleaned what they did and finished the entire job. your husband was home the entire day and was checking things as the day went along and i kept asking him to check each room to make sure he was satisfied and he was or if he spotted something that was an oversight we went back over things and the check was not cashed the same afternoon bc i didnt even collect payment until 630pm when i left that evening and i didnt check back for a follow up because your husband was home the entire day and he said he was very satisfied...if you were not a phone call or email to me would have been helpful as i would have recleaned as customer satisfacton is our number one goal."

"You already left a review and left a B. In the beginning you said you were very very picky and have gone through several several cleaning companies and I said let's still give it a shot. I have commmunicated with you very very promptly and tried my hardest to please you. Always changes things and did ejatbwas asked. Giving a hard working company is not fair. This sometimes is what is wrong with the review system. Unhappy people jump on a company when they can't be pleased and it hurts people who have worked very hard to achieve their goals. I was open and honest and said we aren't compatible and should part ways. Just because we weren't fit for each other doesn't mean we aren't good for others. I have several A and service over a 100 customers a week who are completely satisfied:) I'm sorry we weren't a fit for you. An F is highly undeserving in this situation!"
