This company has been doing an excellent job cleaning my house weekly. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

It was okay. But there were 3 in kitchen. It was nice for doing the quick fix that they were doing but it wasn't that working on a situation like somebody coming and cleaning your house. It was what I asked for and it is what I got. They were kind and they were on time. I would hire them but not with 3 people. It was not an idea of house cleaning.

It went very, very well, they did an excellent job and we have been using them for a few months now

I finally just used them the other day actually. It was less than satisfactory. Patrick himself was very good but the few people he had working with him, I didn't know if one of them actually did any work while she was in the room. We were in a hurry because we had a graduation to go to and I needed to get ready, I realized they hadn't dusted upstairs and downstairs. Then the mirrors in all our bathrooms were all smeared. The rooms that Patrick cleaned were immaculate and when I asked him to correct something, he corrected it extremely well. I just didn't get to go over everything that the other people cleaned like the knickknacks and whatever that where on my daughter's dresser and stuff, they were still full of dust, kind of like a quick swipe like my kids could have done. Even when I asked him afterwards how much he would charge on a monthly basis, he said 130. That was definitely the worst crew we've had out there but Patrick was great. The worst overall job we've had done. They were professional enough.

They were nice guys. I wasn't crazy about the service and I wouldn't go back to them. The price was good, but they used some cleaning products that wound up smelling like cleaning products for about a week afterwards. It wasn't bad, it was just a service that I wasn't crazy about. They were nice guys and they were funny and entertaining. I travel quite a bit so we found an agreed upon date within a month. There were no additional fees. They did a good job, but not a great job. You get what you pay for. I have a large kitchen, so the idea that they were going to take everything out of my shelves and it is a big job, so they did the work, but I had only paid $90.

They always do a thorough job and they were on time and professional. They were open to my suggestions on how things should be done. They are very personable. <br />

I will probably never going to use Angie's List again. There was supposed to be 3 of them but only 2 showed up, and they showed up late. I took pictures and unfortunately it wasn't that long ago I just deleted everything. They did not even vacuum the stairs and I could see all the dirt that was on the rugs because I'm selling my home. They didn't clean the windows. When they did clean the windows, they didn't clean the runners at the bottom. They were black. I asked them what they were doing. They didn't wipe down the refrigerator on the outside. It was bad. I didn't pay more than the Big Deal. I was very disappointed. Professionally, the man that owns the business was polite but that doesn't make the job done any better. I would never use them and never would I even recommend them. I was way disappointed but I had so much going on with trying to get this house sold and getting everything clean, I didn't go on back and redo everything they did. They could have been on time. They could have had the 3 people they said they were going to have. They could have done the job that they said they were going to do. They could have been thorough, but they were not thorough at all. I have a big home and there's a mother-in-law suite attached, it was built that way. The one woman when she came down in here, the only thing she did was complain that she's not paid enough to do this kind of work. I would tell others not to use them.

They arrived with the owner and two girls who immediately went to work.  Each girl cleaned one bathroom and the owner checked periodically to make sure they were doing a good job.  They were thorough and very pleasant and a bonus surprise was that they even did the shutters on my windows.  All in all, they were great and I would not only recommend them but will definitely use them again since they do kitchens also. <br />

They came and did the job. They didn't charge more than the deal. I wouldn't hire them again. There were spots on the floor that were missed. They could have done a better quality of work.

okay.  it is always hard the first time someone cleans your house. There were 3 people for 2 hours. However, I did find one person just sitting texting away.   The overall job was good. Some spots missed but as I said, i give some leeway for the unfamiliarity of the house. I would use them again as they were very nice, respectful and where they cleaned was great.  But I would expect the full 6 hours of work next time. <br />

The team was on time  and got right to work. I was there while there were and saw great respect amongst the team members, and an obvious plan and coordination to be efficient. Each member of the team was kind, articulate and clear on the task at hand. <br /> I was preparing my house for an Open House - and I was ready.  <br /> I'd recommend Happy House keeping. These young people are ambitious and clearly seek to stand out in the local industry. I don't often get my house cleaned because past experiences have been so marginal. They've set a high bar. <br /> <br /> <br />

1st. Group did not dress appropriately. I told them what was needed, when I mentioned floors one employee said to one in charge I won't be doing any floors. She had a attitude When they left I checked the bathrooms Stand up shower was not cleaned, when I told the one in charge He said sorry but if you call us again I'll fix it for you. Floors were only partly finished. One section done others not done. Dusting was incomplete. This was a surprise for my wife, When she arrived home she didn't notice any difference. <br />
