"I believe we went above and beyond for this client. there were 14 double paned Windows with storm Windows attached. we took all the Windows out and cleaned in between to remove a build-up of spider webs and wasp nests. we also removed the curtains so they could be washed per the clients request. We were there for over 2 hours working on her 14 Windows. I am sorry if she felt the job was unsatisfactory."
