HAPPY PC (PC & NETWORK SPECIALISTS)

I wanted to squeeze a year or two more of service from my old desktop. Now I am able to browse the internet, whereas it was almost impossible to do so before. I am also happy to now have a wireless system in the house. My desktop was taken and returned with it's updates within a few days. I was happy with the service and also happy that I could ask as many questions about the computer and network as I wanted to. This work was done 8 months ago and I'm finally getting around to submitting my report! I wanted to make sure Angie's List members get the word about another good company.

They did a great job and I recommend him to others. Very reasonable price.

Overall, the work performed by Brian was excellent. He was readily available to answer questions and routinely checked back with me with updates on his work/progress. His estimate on the amount of time and money that would be required to do the work was accurate.

Brian arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem plus he was very pleasant and not condensing like most IT folks.

Brian was on time and the work was done well and professionally. I had never gone through the process of moving from an old computer to a new one and he made me feel comfortable with having this completed.

Brian was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient with my questions (I'm not a computer guru!) and answered them in a way that a non-computer guru could understand. I was confident that he was making my computer safe for my children's use. After fixing the computer, he even stayed to load a few of my children's programs to make sure they worked.
