We had him refinish the floors in three rooms and install new hardwoods in three other rooms. All the floors look great, and the transitions between the rooms with the old hardwoods and rooms with the new are truly seamless. Octavio is someone who loves his work and that is reflected in his dedication to delivering a finished product that you will also love.

Crew was sloppy & unprofessional. First, Octavio had them repair sloppy water-seal. They left gluey gaps in wood (& trash in yard over weekend), damaged the finish on the new wood floor & made big dirty marks on walls. It's a family company, so that crew will be sent out again. Octavio offered varied repairs, but job had already taken 12 days, so we left it at that.

On May 13 they came and removed the carpet on the stairs and the guy left to get the wood floors after we gave him a check of $1440. He came back after about 2 hours and he was saying the place he placed the order for the wood was sold to someone else. I asked for the check back as l sensed problems already. He gave the check back and agreed he would secure the order of the wood by his credit card and call us on Monday. Since then he stopped responding to texts and phone calls. We don’t have carpet on the stairs because they removed it. Pretty dangerous environment especially for kids with exposed , possibly nails that can hurt someone. Really unprofessional way of handling business.

Octavio did a great job of scheduling and installing the wood floor in our home. Moisture caused us to have to replace a four year old floor. Octavio gave a good bid, stuck to his price and went out of the way to complete the project as it was drawn up. Could not be happier.

The staining did not go well. Apparently the wood wouldn't take the stain. Octavio attempted to color it in with some stain pens but it looks pretty bad. I think he should have taken more time and attempted to use blend a gel or varnish stain that would approximate the color of the wood. I know he tried but I don't think he took enough time with the problem.

Octavio and his crew did an absolutely amazing job on our floors. They refinished two levels of floors and the finished product looked even better than our expectations. Octavio has a wealth of experience and was able to advise us on which finishes would lol best in our house, and he even set up several sample areas for us to view and choose. He is very responsive over cell phone and text. He took his work seriously and stood behind the finished product. Highly recommended.

We hired them to install the engineered bamboo floor after we bought the floor materials. Mr. Octavio and his brother-in-law removed old carpet and installed the floating bamboo floor in 4 bedrooms and a walkway in 4 days. They were polite, responsive and did very good job, so much better than the crew we hired last year for downstairs.
