Orlando was timely and thorough. He was clear with his findings and explained everything in detail. He was able to fix a leak coming from my second floor and unclog my bathroom and kitchen sink in a timely manner. I would recommend and hire again.

HI hired Orlando to perform new plumbing and gas installation in a garden unit apartment. He told me he could do the job but it will take him about a month to finish. I said okay. He asked me for$ 1200.00 to start and I paid him that amount. I brought all my own materials ( in which i l learned he brought extra materials on my creditcard for his own personal use. He started working on November 4, 2022 and told me he would be done by November 25, 2022. Orlando would come and work at my house for maybe 2 or 3 hours and leave. I clearly explained to him that I had an inspection on December 5, 2022. He told no worries he would be done. He never completed the job. He kept telling me he was going to come and never did. At other times he would showed up but leave without telling me. He was suppose to install all new water-lines throughout the entire basement. Meaning, new drain system, kitchen sink, kitchen gas, bathroom sink, tub, shower, and toilet, new hot water tank. All new gas lines for the building and all new waterlines for the building as well as a gasline for garden unit furnace and new ventilation system for toliet and microwave. Orlando would not show up for days at a time. Or he would call me a different times of day wanting to pop in just for an hour or 2. I told him I had tenants so he could just turn the water off whenever he wanted I had to give him and advance notice. He never met the December 5 ,2022 deadline. He then told me December 15, 2022 he still wasn't finished and then he told me December 22,2022, and he still wasn't finish. I told him my tenants child was out of school for winter break so I could not turn off the water on a Sunday. He told me he was going out of time and he would finish the job Jan 5, 2023. However, while he was out of town several pipes started leaking I my basement and water was everywhere. I contacted via text messages and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He started to become very unprofessional and threatening to quit on me saying he should have never taken the job. He didn't seal gas lines properly which caused me to have to call the fire department and they discovered gas leaks. In addition, he didn't install the hot water meter and chimney flue correctly and it had caused an cardon dioxide leak. I contacted him in regards to this issue and he stated to me that he never put in chimney flue before and its not his fault. I should have had someone else to do it not him. Because of his negligent I had to pay $500 to fix cardon dioxide issue from him not doing it properly. In addition, I had water leaks from him not soldering the pipes correctly. One day I went in basement and there was water leaking everywhere. I called him and he didnt reply. I had to get someone else to fix the water leaks. In addition, he never finished the job and I also learned he didn't do alot of the work according to city code. I reached out to him and he was very rude and unprofessional, and he did an extremely poor job with the new installation. I need to hire someone to come in and fix all the problems he caused as finish the job. He is terrible, He should not be on angie list. I learned he not even a license plumber when he told me he was.

Initially the job was only to replace the faucet for the water filter. I found I was not able to find a faucet and I had to buy a new system. The plumber install it perfectly. He was fast efficient and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire him again.

I was very pleased with the services I received from Harjonil Sewer Services. The Supervisor, Orlando, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Orlando was able to repair a water pressure issue I had in my kitchen sink within less than 30 minutes after being told by another company that the issue was not fixable. Orlando also inspected the the water lines/pipes of my condo and provided a thorough explanation of the necessary repairs based on existing issues. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic! My service representative was on time, was thorough and honest. I thought I needed to have a faucet replaced, and it was a simple fix with a few washers.. he very well could have recommended a replacement, but was honest and showed me what was wrong and how to avoid the issue in the future. I’m so pleased, as honesty and integrity seem to be hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Harjonil Sevices, and will rely on them for any plumbing needs going forward.
