On a scorching 104° day, he made time in the middle of his already busy schedule to help an elderly couple who are dear friends of mine after their air conditioner stopped working. Not only did he respond quickly, but he was also able to repair their unit on the spot. It’s rare to find a service technician with the integrity, compassion, and genuine care that Marshal shows. He went above and beyond to make sure they were safe and comfortable during dangerous heat. Marshal is a true professional and someone who deserves to be recognized and appreciated for his outstanding service. Thank you, Marshal, for taking such great care of your customers!

Juan was very professional and pleasant. His diagnosis was not a surprise and I felt like he was honest about the needed repairs to the AC unit. He also answered some questions I had about switching to a heat sink system without being pushy. Very satisfied and enjoying cooler air than I've had in years.

They were on time each day they were here and were very professional and considerate when hauling equipment into the house to make sure there was not any damage. Both went the extra mile with the installation of the new system and added a few additional items in the attic at no additional cost to ensure things were done right. James took the time at the initial quoting of the system to make suggestions on what brand to use and at no time did I feel like he was trying to upsell or pressure me one way or the other. Easy conversations and thorough explanations to the questions I had. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone looking for a new system installation!

I had a great experience working with Harlan Roofing and would highly recommend them! We bought our house three years ago knowing it needed a new roof. I had used them once before to fix a leak and most recently to completely replace the roof. The entire process was so easy and I always felt informed of what was happening and next steps. Their entire staff, from the estimator, office staff, foremen, and on site managers were excellent to work with, knowledgeable and so friendly. They worked so efficiently and fixed multiple small DIY mistakes and little quirks that had accumulated over the years from previous owners. Wouldn't go to anyone else!

I’ve had a number of tradesmen do repairs around our home some adequate others not so good, I just happened to contact Harlen about a plumbing issue, they were the second company I contacted. The first were overpriced and left me with little confidence. I next contacted Harlen and could not have been more pleased, fast, efficient and reasonable priced. All process started with a phone call, followed by an appointment for evaluation when Mike came in, it was super proffesional, explained to us all the options, answered all our questions and very next day gave us the estimate that fitted our budget. I can't say enough good things about Harlan Quality Roofing. Everyone, from James the owner to the roofing crews, to the office staff, were very professional. The roofers were very punctual and very thorough in picking up debris each day.

Everything went well. Roof was repaired and cleaned. I had them add chimney screens. They showed up promptly and did a good job.
