Carpet - Install
Beware of Harmony Flooring. He put in carpet and executed it with obvious ignorance of carpet install. The problems became visible in a few hours to a day after installation because carpet was fluffed up to disguise bad work. In fact he lied to my face about a problem in one doorway that looked awful. He fluffed it up saying it would settle nicely. Okay? There is no telling what has happened to the seams I cannot see under the furniture. He knows my husband has a progressive chronic illness and we are trying to get our house in order. Yet he feels comfortable ripping us off by leaving us with awful carpet installation. He has no idea how to install carpet. I had to pay a pro to come fix it because Josh Crabtree, the owner, thought what he left me was fine. Sections had to be cut out and patched. Other areas had to have z-bar and tack strip added so the doorways didn?t sink. He put staples all around the room and didn?t stretch correctly. UGG. Well, see for yourself in images.

"Upon completion, the client inspected the installation and expressed satisfaction with the work. When concerns were later raised, we immediately offered a 100% free-of-charge repair. The client refused all offers for a repair and instead demanded a cash settlement totaling 50% of the project cost. We stand by our history of quality service"
