Working with Mike was easy for me. I knew if there was anything wrong he would not only find it, but also advise the buyer on possible ways to combat the issues he found. I have seen Mike deal with each and every client as if they were the only ones in the room. He answers each and every questions and lets the buyer know it is ok to ask. He is well versed in teaching buyers about their house and not just looking for defects. My buyers have loved him over the last 15 years we have worked together.
