I gave had the pleasure of working with William, while his time in California and I’ve always been satisfied with his work. He help me renovate my newly purchased condo. He put in my new tile, grouted and sealed it, reframed my kitchen ceiling, since it was originally a drop down ceiling. Painted my interior walls, removed the 1980s popcorn ceiling and retextured the walls. He installed my new faucets and toilets. Installed my kitchen exhaust vent, my tiled my kitchen sink backsplash, cut and painted my new interior doors, put up my kitchen cabinets and poured cement in my back patio and installed my artificial turf. This young man is such a pleasure to work with and knows his stuff. Is is well mannered and gets his job done. I would definitely hire him for future jobs.

He came out with his partner to perform the job. Job completed and he said any issues he will be back to make it right. He guaranteed the Job in writing. When we got rain 2 days later the leaks were worse than before. We called he came back sealed with something else and it rained again and leaks the same. He has refused to come back or to respond to our calls and texts and email

"I believe that the main roof is leaking not the Lanai because of already put two weatherproofing times on the roof I believe that the main roof is leaking. Also because the main roof already has some white substance on top where whoever put the Lanai tried to stop it leaking."
