The work was completed within a reasonable time. At the end of each day the area was cleaned up. When the project was finished the area around the basement walls was restored, the inside of the basement was cleaned. The workers were polite and worked hard.

Brandon and Crew (2) were very hard working tackling this huge project. Digging to the foundation, redoing drain tile, sealing and coring walls was all done with quality materials. Brandon explained the process clearly as it progressed. Kept me informed on each day's plan. The clay was rock hard, and much of the job had to be hand dug, but the guys were amazing getting through it. This work is messy and can be brutal on the landscape, but Hart left my place looking better than it started. I made a special request that they save seven, 8 ft tall Burning Bushes and replant. Brandon was very accommodating in staging them elsewhere on the property during the 2 weeks of waterproofing, and then prepping their return to the area. Landscaping was completed with attractive River Rock. We are dry, and the landscaping looks fantastic !!! Great Job !!! (with Lifetime Warranty)

Very courteous and professional. Prompt and thorough with all communication to answer my questions and discuss the progress of the job. Knowledgable to repair all the of complications that were found with the existing foundation once the excavation began. Very high quality masonry work in the rebuilt walls. Also took the time to replant and clean up the landscape around the home after the work was done.

This was a very positive experience. I had many questions and often asked further questions which they were always willing to answer. They worked with me to schedule a work time that was best for me. All of the workers were polite and worked hard every day they were here. Every day before they left the work area was cleaned up. The dirt that was dug out was removed immediately - there was never a pile of dirt on my lawn. The shrubs that were removed were replaced and the area around the walls looked better than when they started. The siding and driveway were power washed at the end of the job.

Brandon Leach and his crew arrived when they said they would, were very efficient, hard working and respectful of property. When unexpected items came up, they had a plan to deal with them and they did. Very satisfied with all my interactions with Brandon and his company. Would recommend without hesitation.

Unplanned extra work was required to replace failed footer, seemed somewhat pricey, but all was accomplished very professionally and efficiently, for a high quality job.

After a previous attempt to resolve our basement issues with an inept contractor, it was refreshing to deal with a contractor who knew their business, were extremely professional, used quality materials, and were efficient. The crew showed up every day (weather permitting) and worked nonstop all day digging along our basement walls by hand. Although it is messy work, they did their best to keep it contained and tried to save as much of our landscaping as possible. It has been a week since the work was completed, and our basement already feels dryer.

It went amazing. To say that I am uptight about my yard, landscaping, and lawn is not an exaggeration. Brandon and his crew removed and replaced landscape walls, lights, and plants. The entire project took about 6 days and when they were done, the only evidence was the dirt trench that was waiting for the new grass to grow. The whole time they were at my home, they were extremely neat and clean. They were respectful of my neighbors yard too. This was a big project, they had to remove and repour sections of my cement walk way. My husband and I could not be happier with the work. It wasn't money we wanted to spend, but it had to be done. We have recommended him to several neighbors and have invited interested people over to inspect the work. Since the initial install, Brandon has come out to inspect the pump and replace a part. He returned my call 9 months after the project was completed promptly which was much appreciated. Just want to add that digging by hand was much less destructive than using a back hoe. We had many estimates over 2 years. When Hart Masonry gave us our quote after examining the property and listening to our problem, they hadn't pulled out of the driveway when we knew they were the ones for the job. <br />

Hart provided a quote with a statement of work - contacted us prior to set a date for work - performed work in the stated time - cleaned up and returned area to original state - this is the second time we have used Hard and have been impressed with their work. Both times.

Company did what they said they would do. Job was well maintained, cleaned up and hauled all debris away every day. Employee’s were friendly and very motivated. Owner was involved and followed up after the project was completed. Very good experience for us.

They did a great job. They did some waterproofing for us in our business units exterior walls. They did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. It took them 2 days and they had 4 crew members out both days. They also had competitive prices too.

They were on time every day. The work was explained to us and they got inspections from the city. We were very pleased.

There were on the job daily at 8:30 a.m. and stayed until 6:00 p.m..  No time was wasted.

Crew arrived on time. Polite and courteous. Kept me informed as the job progressed. Kept the job site extremely clean. Foundation looked in perfect condition. Made every effort not to disturb my shrubs and plantings.

On time. Communicated / explained well. Job completed in timely manner. Job done well. Clean up working area well.

He didn’t follow through, came later than he said he would, and I had to do a lot of the work myself.  I also ended up paying more than the original estimate.
