This was a return to the newly installed bathroom fan, the light did not work. I needed to complete dry wall near the fan, so I had asked that the light portion be wired, but not installed. It was a quick plug in and center screw. Someting I could do. But once I connected the light did not turn on.
Harts was able to schedule someone the next day. It was with a diffrent electrician. No problem. He was not familiar with ceiling fixture, but was able to figure out the ground needed to be attached on the night light fixture. Which is not being used otherwise per my request.
Fan and light both work.

Please don?t use this company they didn?t show even though I made an appointment with them. They don?t seem to care enough about your time and then blame you for the reason of them not showing. They to me seem like a scam plenty of other great places out there skip these guys

Matt did a wonderful job on various problems that we had in our plumbing system: replaced corroded water pipes to our hot water heater, repaired outdoor water pipes (2) on our house, improved connections from our house to our newly installed law sprinkler system, spotted and fixed leak from water pipe under our house. He was a really hard worker, very nice to deal with and talk to, very, very conscientious in all that he did - and everything is working very well now. We think that he is an EXCELLENT representative for Harts business, and we would be very happy if he came back to help us if we have any further need of his help on our 58-year-old home. Harts performed a furnace service and replaced filter.
However, they're refusing to give me a simple invoice stating what they did and that I paid.
Instead, their invoice is a report filled with recommendations I did not ask for and they're claiming they cannot give me a simple invoice stating just service performed and paid for.
Their slogan is "We Care More". Looks like they care more for themselves than the customer.
They were recommended by my realtor who will now no longer recommend to future customers.

I had a 10 year warranty and when I called them in to fix a line for my new freezer ice machine, they came the next day fixed it. I had work done by them 2 years ago and would not call any body else. They are polite, professional, and honest what more could you ask for?
