They have been very nice. It didn't cost me anything. I expected that they have a charge for coming and checking everything. He came over and looked at everything and he gave me a price. I felt that the whole place was full of termites. I have a lot of trees in my yard and he found nothing. He did the garage and it was separate. He looked at the crawlspace in my basement. He looked everywhere and did not find anything. That was great. He said if I want to do treatment, he gave me a price for that for the next 5 years. I had none but if I want to have him come and treat it. I was by myself. He answered all my questions fully and didn't try to pressure me into anything. They are very good in easing my worries and I had the option to pick to have it treated. It was all at one shop. He didn't have to come back, didn't have to ponder, didn't have to do anything. He eased my fear of termites in this house versus 6:36-38. It was very good. I have a part of a crawlspace basement. Part of it is full and part of it is crawl. He crawled up and even looked at the back of the house. His responsiveness was very good. He said he would be here on time and he was here on time. He was very knowledgeable. I kept his card. I'm here all my life so I know there are termites but I've never had any so I opted not to but I may still go back and do it. I would call him.

Tony did a fantastic job!  He's very friendly, knowledgable, and professional.  He called back when he said he would, and showed up when he said he would.  He took care of our ant problem and even took care of a wasp nest he found under the deck when he crawled under there to get rid of the ants. <br />

We called Hawkeye Exterminators to help with a maggot infestation resulting from a dead animal on the roof of our home. The animal had been removed for a few days but the problem persisted, which is quite usettling and gross! Before I searched Angie's List for Pest Control I had contacted a chain company for animal control but did not think I was on the right track. Mr. Rhinehart answered my initial call directly and scheduled me the same day. He surveyed the roof area involved and identified the source of our ongoing concern, cleaning away and spraying accordingly. After the more acute problem was addressed, at our request he made a more routine application to the exterior of our home for spiders. We appreciate the professional, courteous and timely service - we will depend on this company for future needs. <br />

<br /> Dave is always able to make an appt. with us that is convenient for us and is great about working with our crazy schedules.  He initially sprays around the outside of our home and garage.  Once he's done spraying the outside perimeter, he sprays around the perimeter of each room inside the house to create a barrier for bugs that get inside.  He's courteous about moving things out of the way so he can spray along the baseboards and floor.  He also takes his shoes off at the door since he knows we don't wear our shoes in the house.  Dave has excellent customer service skills and he's committed to providing quality work.

I have had wasps for several years and it went great.  Their price was wonderful and I was more than happy to pay that.  Their professionalism and punctuality was very good.  They got right back to me went I called, made the appointment, showed up, and did it.  I will use no one else.

Another company treated the outside perimiter of the house last fall which did not take care of the infestation. Hawkeye found the ants coming from the crawl space under the house. No more ants!
