After talking to many septic system installers over the years, whenever we explained our situation: having an old septic system for most of the house and a previous owner adding an unregistered, uninspected cesspool to add a bathroom to the basement, our desire to have them combined in a legal, up to code way, everyone we talked to never got back to us, wouldn't give an estimate or even consider doing the work. We explained to Wayne Hawkins our current situation and what we were looking to have done: to get the whole house covered by one single up to code septic system. He brainstormed, came up with the idea, gave us an estimate, and we signed him up to do the work. He was very professional, gave us different options for some aspects of the work, and even offered optionally to fix a structural issue with deck, which he did as well. We were very pleased with his work, he was always open to taking calls or texts regarding questions or changes we'd propose regarding the retaining wall, and we would not hesitate to recommend his company for your septic installation needs. While all other professionals ran the other way, Wayne was the only one to step up and do everything needed in the somewhat unique septic situation at our house. Hire Wayne, you won't be disappointed!

Wayne and his team did a great job from start to finish. It was a really big project going from cesspool to septic. He handled everything from the blueprint planner, DEM, licenses from town, down to the installation. At the end showed me the set up and explained to me the maintanence of the tank. Felt very comfortable throughout with his ability and knowledge would defintely use and recommend again.
