Hawx Pest Control

I had a sales representative, Devin Pitcher, knock on my door yesterday saying they were running a special for bug treatment. He says they’re doing a 50 dollar special today only. I ask if this is a one time thing he says “sure”. Next thing I know I’m signed up for a 12 month subscription service I never got a chance to see a contract for. They email me a copy of the agreement and it already has my e-signature on all the documents that I never got a chance to read. He signed these on my behalf while we were talking at the door without my consent. This is very bad business practice and I feel like I’ve just been lied to. If this is how Hawx Pest Control does business I will never recommend this company to any of my friends and family.

Prompt and courteous service. Kept me informed the entire service.

Great guy. Does well with all his question answering. Send him every time in my book👍🏻

Justin was punctual, friendly and respectful. He was able to answer all my questions. He clearly and completely explained the process to get rid of the pests.

Sam came out and did a wonderful job. Cleaned up all the webs in the carport. When he was finished my dog got out and he helped me get her back inside. Thank you for the great job!!!

It went very well. They were prompt in terms of arriving on time and communicating with us, professional with their service, thorough, and responded quickly to my request.

Hawx comes out quarterly and I haven’t had an issue with pests since they started a year ago.

I appreciated the text our technician sent detailing the work he had done. Our technician is great!!

Did an introductory spray for pests and chose not to do an extended service contract with them. Company forged my signature on a year long contract and continue to harass me for payment of contract cancellation fees. Hundreds of complaints with the BBB and other agencies. Would not recommend this company for anything. Stay away!!
