Hayden looks left the gate to our child safety fence unlocked twice. This is neglect and dangerous.

I had an amazing experience with Julian from Hayden Pools! He showed up right on time, was extremely professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my pool looked perfect. The water is crystal clear, and the entire area looks better than it has in months. Julian took the time to explain what he was doing and even gave me some helpful maintenance tips. I’m really impressed with his attention to detail and friendly attitude. I’ll definitely be using Hayden Pools again and highly recommend asking for Julian if you want top-quality service!

I have used Hayden Pools since 2004 and when I moved to a new home I knew that Hayden Pools would take care of the new pool! They are responsive and so helpful. During the deep freeze of 2021 they actually FaceTimed me to help me to make sure I could take care of my pool. The day after christmas (today) they very quickly responded to an issue I was having and insisted on sending someone out to take care of me! They are an amazing team and they are reasonably priced, too.

On every Monday, the company's person comes by and cleans the pool and puts in chemicals (as needed) etc., i.e., full service coverage. I am very happy with the company and would highly recommend them. The price is a bit higher compared to other providers who offer weekly pool cleaning services - however, this premium I think is well worth it given the quality of work and reliability of the company. <br />

I don't usually review companies, but we had such a bad situation that I wanted to make others aware- they have just cancelled our service, saying we (I) have created a TOXIC RELATIONSHIP. Let me point out that I WOULD have cancelled their services a while ago, but they have REPEATEDLY left our pool in service mode/backwash- so I told them that I would not cancel their service due to the fact that IF my pool pump broke from these multiple incidents, that I would expect them to replace the pump since they were the ones messing it up- of course, then they dropped us a a client because of my and quot;threatand quot;. <br /> I have no problem with someone making a mistake, but repeated mistakes are unacceptable when I am paying someone to perform a service, AND they can not perform the basic service they advertise without messing up! <br /> <br /> <br />

On a positive, Hayden pools did send two men out that day to work extensively on the pool to correct the multiple issues. They were in daily contact with us and did make multiple trips, daily often, to correct the problem. This continued for weeks. They even explained that I shouldn't have to do anything to the pool after their weekly visits. For that, I am very pleased and would recommend their pool,services. The men who came were respectful, knowledgeable and straightforward. I respect that very much. They discovered a leak that the subcontractor had caused and explained how that was contributing to our problems. We continue to use them and I will say our pool has never looked better! Thank you Hayden Pools. We continue to use them and I couldn't be happier. They corrected the problem without charge. I would however review the subcontractors recommended as they themselves do not stand behind their recommendations. <br />

Excellent weekly service and prompt house calls when needed. My pool required a lot of chemicals to shock/start when I moved in. Also had times during the summer when a lot of chemicals were required, they figured out my auto-fill was stuck open and washed out the chemicals. Fixed it. Huge water bill that month but back on track now. Very nice and personable guys that know their stuff. At first I thought it was a bit more than I had anticipated, but they covered all the costs of the chemicals with the monthly service fee. <br /> <br />I'm sticking with them! <br />

Today, I contacted Hayden pools and was told that someone would be here to correct the problem in one hour and that they would return everyday until the problems were corrected. I'm waiting on the maintenance person now and the verdict is still out on whether the problem will be solved. This is to be done at no extra charge to me. More to come <br />

They came twice because I bought the wrong motor the first time. They were pleasant and professional. <br />

OH what a great experience. They were very quick. They were professional. They made an on site estimate not a over the phone guess. So instead of a wide spread of a price the gave a very clear estimate. The work was professional and was spot on. Our previous Dishonest pool guy replaced a broke filter with another bad used filter made to look good on the outside by painting it. With the filter being bad no matter what I did with the chemicals the thing just got worse. In the end after weeks of calling our old guy the pool was a dark greenish brown and you could only see about 1 foot deep. Hayden fixed the filter for a really good price, cleaned it good and got it working darn quick. They came back the same day and did what they called lighting up the pool. They Shocked the h*** out of it and with in hours it was blue again. They came back the next day and vacuumed and did some different chemicals purged the filter and 3 days from the late night email and after running the filter for around 30 hours it is in the best shape it has been in months. They also did it for less than their original estimate. I will not hesitate to use them again and I would recommend them to a friend. I highly recommend using a company who has been reviewed. There are some crooks and goofballs out there playing at doing pool service apparently.To sum up. Professional, did not leave a mess and were equipped to do the job.Very prompt. They called before showing up.Their prices were very good.

I liked everything about them. They were prompt and stuck to their estimate. They showed up and did their work in a day. My overall experience with them has been good.

I was happy with them. I had a lot of algae in my pool and they cleaned it and got it back into shape. Their prices were better than another company I spoke to.

We noticed a high pitched noise coming from the pool equipment area. The company that regularly services my pool (weekly and some months 2x week) and has made repairs and replaced equipment over the years told me that the pool sweep was not working. The motor would have to be replaced. A price range was quoted base on installing a new motor assembly and the approximate time it would take. They work on a price per hour schedule (labor). The price seemed very high so we decided to shop around. We first checked the price of the motor on the internet. The overall price for motor and labor still seemed very high, even if the company made money on the motor. <br /> <br /> Based on recommendations on Angie's list we decided on Hayden. I discussed the situation with Mark and Barry in the office. I was quoted a turnkey price of $525 installed, including tax, parts and labor. This was considerably less than my pool service company. I set up an appointment and Jeff, the technician, came out on time. He was very pleasant and professional. Since I had discussed the problem by phone, he had the new motor and parts ready to install. He did need an extra part and went to the warehouse to get it. He was gone about an hour and did not charge extra for getting the part. <br /> <br /> Everything worked well when he finished the installation. So far the pool sweep is working well. <br /> <br /> Hayden also does pool maintenance (cleaning), but for now I will stick with my regular company. The owner is O.K. with that. I told him that for major repairs in the future I would compare his price with the and quot;otherand quot; company (I did not name Hayden).

Overall, I was very impressed by the pool technician from Hayden. He was very thorough in his explanations and he gained my trust by only making the necessary repairs and letting me know how I could fix some additional items noted on the inspection report on my own without paying a fortune. I will definitely be using them again for any pool repairs that surface in the future.

They are great, they are on time they explain what they are doing. They are very nice to work with.
