A+ just would have liked better communication on the scheduling

Amadyson and his team did an excellent job with my asbestos abatement. They worked hard, were fair, and he did not try to raise the price unfairly after I changed the scope twice. He was understanding during a stressful situation after my house was flooded and moved quickly to get approvals so work could start right away. He also made things simple by giving me a quote over the phone, unlike many other companies. Professional, flexible, kind and easy to work with—I highly recommend him.

They got back to us right away for an estimate appointment. They arrived on time, explained everything we needed done and what their company would do. Sent us an estimate the same night, which included everything we asked for, including a copy of their certificate to operate. We agreed to contract and signed it the next day. They sent us a date work would be done and arrived on time to do it. Work was done the same day, clean up was done perfectly and we paid them. We were very satisfied with entire process. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Two main reasons for the negative review. The contract stated air quality testing would be conducted following asbestos removal. I asked about the test results and was told I would receive them after I paid in full. Once I paid I was forwarded a letter stating a visual clearance was conducted by a third party but no air samples were taken. Mind you I had to pay an additional fee for an industrial hygienist to simply look at my condo? I reached out to the state and found discrepancies in what the company reported regarding how much asbestos containing material was removed. Second the crew cut my window screen too move material outside quicker. The crew and manager denied doing it until security camera footage caught them in the act.

Great crew, stepped up quickly for next day emergency service. Did it all professionally and courteously.
