First a “walk-through” was completed to determine time and price. After “walk-through” the price and time was determined. I was informed it would be considered a hazardous clean because my flooring is damaged. She let me know it was similar to a deep clean, but had an additional cost and she could still do the laundry service (I was explained that the laundry service would include washing, drying, and folding clothes). One the “walk-through” was completed and not before, I was informed of a “walk-though” charge. I paid and we scheduled a cleaning day. Yesterday the cleaning took place. After she arrived I received a text and she wanted to adjust the price. We spoke over-the-phone and I asked what the additional charge would cover. She said she it was due to another area of the floor board being damaged. I explained I thought that the hazardous clean already covered that. She then expressed that it was due to finding rat droppings. I was surprised and asked for a picture of the rat droppings. She did not provide an image, but expressed she saw them behind the refrigerator. I was impressed and believed she had moved the refrigerator to clean that space (not what happened), but explained we had recently moved into the space and a fumigation took place, it would be impossible for the home to have pests. I let her know I have never observed any signs of pests. She said she would take my word for it and not charge for pest cleaners. So I continued to ask what the additional charge was for, she then expressed it was for gas and cleaning supplies (I wish that was factored in the original price rather than a surprise charge on the day of the cleaning). She then suddenly remembered I paid the “walk-through” and that covered the gas, so I only had to pay an additional charge of cleaning supplies. Later I received a call asking where I stored my broom, I thought it was odd since I had paid an additional price for cleaning supplies. Once the service was complete I received a call requesting payment and images proving the service was complete. The images looked good so I paid the final agreed price. Once I arrived home a few hours later I was excited to see what it would look like, but my excitement quickly became disappointment. There was a bad odor as soon as I opened the door. I looked around and the floor had not been well swept or mopped. The floor was cool of debris and small pieces of trash like my babies tiny hair rubber bands. The kitchen Island top was still dirty and was not cleaned at all. The tub was not cleaned, the toilet was cleaned with my cleaner (still don’t know what the cleaning supplies charge covered) and stained blue with the cleaner because it was not washed off properly all over the toilet seat. The laundry service was a joke (two loads were washed, one was dried and left in the dryer and the second was was left wet in the washer). The dishes were washed, but that was were the bad odor was coming from. I had 3 toppers with spoiled food inside, but they were washed to poorly that they made the whole kitchen smell bad. They still had food filth inside and I could tell all the other dishes were cleaned after these with a dirty sponge, so all the dishes smell awful. Btw my dish soap and detergent was used, again no idea what the cleaning supplies covered. So now I have to sweep, mop, wash all my dishes, and clothes. To be fair she did pick up all the toys, clothes, and trash scattered around the home. I do appreciate the service, I just wish I knew what I was paying for and that I didn’t get any surprises along the way. I can definitely say the over commit and under deliver. Would not recommend.

"I’m sorry you have chose to give us a 1 star rating. I did send the picture of rat droppings to you. Rat droppings carry many diseases which puts our crew at potential risk. The laundry included in any clean is 2 loads no more then that. Which I also stated. When a house is redeemed hazardous it doesn’t fall under a deep clean. I have before and after pictures including the rat droppings. We also used all our cleaning products for all parts of the house. We did use your dish soap because we don’t carry around dish soap. We did all the dishes very well and there was a lot of food that had a lot of mildew on them. When it comes to plastic it holds mold smells in them when they are not attended to. That is most likely where the smell came from. Again I have pictures of before and after which I can post as evidence. Thank you and have a great day."

Oh my goodness, TERRIFIC! She comes back every 2 weeks. Honest, nice, on time, doing great work, and when my son gave her a tip she came back to say we overpaid. She gives us such piece of mind. She cleaned up my house prior to going back home after surgery and she helps us out and she's awesome! She goes above and beyond.
