Brandon came out on a Sunday and looked over the job site for details needed to present an estimate. Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. Everyone from Office Staff Jim to installers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can trust this company.

HD Mechanical did an excellent job. After trying to fix my water heater, the tech offered me two solutions, the first to repair the old unit and the second to replace it. I chose to replace the unit because it was 20 years old. He was able to return in two days and spend many hours at my home. The tech was courteous, professional, explained everything and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

As a former licensed building contractor and well respected by the building commission in Colorado Springs, CO, I must say that HD Mechanical Inc. superseded my expectations. Brandon was excellent! They were very considerate and laid a tarp on all the floors to minimize trash or dirt on the floor. Brandon came over very considerate to my needs and "did not" try to up sale me on other services that others do such as installing new venting when it is not really needed. They pulled the permit in Downey, CA and it easily passed. He communicated with me every step of the way. The receive 5 stars from me!

After recovering from a horrendous experience with Service Champions (NEVER EVER call them), I got several other quotes to completely replace my old AC system. Brandon and HD had the most competitive quote, great reviews and were very personable and professional. They installed entire new system and did a great job in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

This was by far the best experience I've had when it involves repairs. My heater had been broken for a year. Because I'm on a fixed income, I couldn't afford to replace it. Quotes from others all recommended replacement. HD Mechanical gave me an estimate for repair and it was fixed right away, an at a fair price. Brandon and Tim are the best and are professional and dedicated to getting the job done without trying to upsell to unnecessary replacement. It works fantastic. They also happened to fix my ac as well, with no cost to me. If you are a woman alone, hire this company. They're honest and fair, and provide great service

Job completed on time, service done correctly and Mr. Brandon Robinson was polite, explained service in detail and provided a detailed estimate before starting any work. Good price and he had all the tools to do the job properly (well stocked van). As a private contractor I could not ask for more.

The thing that stood out was they got a guy named Brandon, and I was satisfied. He did it professionally and efficiently. They were way above average, just exceptional. Got the the whole thing done pretty fast. Brandon is very friendly, easy to work with, and knows what he is doing.

HD MECHANICAL! I don’t even know where to start, Chris and his team were went above and beyond when doing work at my house. They were honest and and caring which you don’t see from a lot of companies now a days. My wife and i weren’t sure which direction to go in as far as picking a unit to the whole installation process and what we would need. They walked us through it all and were very comforting as they explained every step of the way. I will 10/10 use them again and recommend it to anyone who is needing A/C and heating!
