"my apologies for your recent experience with us. however I am confused. when we left you were extremely happy with the results. I also reminded you that if you had any concerns to please reach out that I would come back out at no cost to you. when I first arrived at your home 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment you gave my wife and I both permission to use the sink to dump and refill. later after we started working you seen how dirty the water was and I can only assume changed your mind. I reminded you when you asked me not to dump in the sink that you said we could and you said just use the toilet. as far as the stain guard you did not want to pay the extra cost for that as discussed on the phone. again my apologies for your experience with us i hope you will allow us to make this right. thank you for choosing HD Residential and Commercial Services!"
