Amazing! Fast on repaired sooner than expected!

The appointment went well. I received a call before the visit and he was on time. The appointment went well. Very professional. The second appt was a little off when my appointment time was scheduled between 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm and he arrived earlier than planned. It was ok. Very satisfied with the work he had done. I would hire him again if I have another project.

Mr. Neing, suggested that it would cost me to much to repair. So he suggested I purchase another tv, so happened he sold me a tv, and mounted the tv at a affordable price. A-1 service, I would recommend him for his service. Wayne Evans

He was a RIP off. Told me all this stuff was wrong with my tv. Tried to charge me 700.00 He tested the power source said it needed new source an board but never plugged the tv up. When he left I plugged it up and it works perfect

It was fixed successfully by replacing circuit board. Made initial visit to determine problem and order circuit board. Second visit made to replace circuit board at our house. It was done quickly and professionally.

Wonderful, Unfortunately one of the circuit boards could not be replaced, too old. But luckily he had a refurbished 60" in his truck, he hooked it up, took my old one, and everyone was happy, very nice and sincere guy. I highlt recommend using Neng in the Atlanta area.. Chris, Marietta, Ga.

My original repair date was 8/4/2017. I paid a total of $580.65. $355.75 for parts, $200 for labor, and $24.90 for tax. The tv stopped working on 8/26/2017. We tried troubleshooting ourselves before contacting HDTVDR. Contacted him 9/5/17, 9/12/17, 9/16/17, 9/18/17. Got a hold of him on 9/18/17 and he stated he could come fix the tv on 9/22/17 but would call to give us a more specific time. Called him on 9/22/17 and he said it would be another week. Did not hear from him. Called again 10/21/17 and 10/30/17. Left messages every time when his voicemail was not full. He never called back. Called him from my work phone on 11/15/17 and he answered. He refused to honor his work but said he could come back out for another $80 service fee but I would have to pay for any repairs. I asked him to honor his original work but he said it could be something different than what was originally wrong. At this point, I have no faith in him being honest with me and doing further repairs.

Mr.Nang Thao is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and his price was very reasonable. I am pleased with the service I received for my TV.

Took several days more than quoted. Very businesslike, polite. After several days waiting, we were told cheaper to replace with new set than to repair. They would get rid of our set for us.

I called Neng and he was able to come out the next morning. He showed up on time and quickly pulled the TV off the wall and diagnosed the problem as a bad main power control board. He had a replacement part in his truck and was able to get us back up and running in under an hour.
