This guy is not a professional, just someone with a little experience trying to make extra money on the side. He was here at my home for hours which made me wonder if he knew what he was doing. I've watched videos on this service and it looked pretty simple for a professional. Of course he tried to hike up the price at the beginning by quoting me almost 3k and then decided to settle for $1,900. He made some changes on the inside of the unit that didn't look like the original look which made me worry. Now after 2 weeks, I'm having another problem with it. I tried calling him and he is avoiding me. I tried to help him and had to give him supplies he should have had. I would not recommend this company at all. I know he made a mistake somewhere and a real professional will find it. Im sure I will pay extra for his mistake. It was my mistake trusting in someone that was unqualified.

"I assure you that I'm qualified. The state of Alabama says I am. If you called sorry I missed it. Unfortunately I've contacted the coronavirus. I will not risk the safety of others. And as far as the parts being different its called a conversion kit. The price came down due to me calling every trane rep and getting it covered because of wanting to get him A/C. And the job was in July. A lot longer than 2 weeks. And its a 11 year old unit. So the problem is more than likely something completely different. Good day. And he is not a member. A fraud."

He kept my old air conditioning going for 3 years. He came out and he ordered a new unit. He put in the new unit for us . He showed up on time. They cleaned up after themselves. The air conditioning is working perfectly. He came out and bypass the old air conditioning until the new unit came. I would refer them to anyone.
