My husband and I were very pleased with the work that was done. The company owner, Greg McBride, was wonderful to work with. He did exactly what he said he would do and completed the job exactly when he said he would. If he had to come a little late, he called to tell us. He went above what we had expected, even upgrading some of the materials he used at no extra cost to us. The men on the crew were also very professional and did an excellent job. We also felt our cost was very fair. We are so glad we had this done.

I called Crawlspace Doctor and the representative came and inspected our space later that day. I had received a strong recommendation on this co. from a friend. Our National termite control company had told us we needed some remedial work. The Crawlspace rep quoted me a price that day which was about 1/2 of the termite company for the same general work scope. I said to go ahead. Completely satisfied with the service.

Brad and Crawl Space Doctor were excellent. They moved our appointment up from the date that it had originally been scheduled due to a potential buyer on the property. Brad sent me pictures of the finished job and even talked to the prospective buyer of the home and answered all his questions. They were professional, responsive, easy to work with, and did a great job. I would surely hire them again!

They did a great job. Manager's name was Greg. On site supervisor was Brian. Both were professional and efficient. They left the work site free of debris. They also did not smoke on site which was important to us for multiple reasons. We were very pleased with our experience with them

Work looks very good. Arrived on day scheduled and completed on scheduled day. Work looks very good. Crawl space is sealed against moisture. House is much less humid.

Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion. Exceptional work professionally done at a great price. Who could ask for more?

I have a construction background but was unfamiliar with encapsulation as I just moved to Georgia. After extensive review of the encapsulation systems that were available in the area, and the price difference, I concluded the Crawl Space Doctor was a good fit. The main reason I chose the Crawl Space Doctor was because of their system. The other system was double the cost of the Crawl Space Doctor, so I carefully reviewed the difference and felt I would be getting equal benefits. I selected a 90 mil film for my project. Greg was very prompt and articulate in explaining his system and how his team would complete the work. Greg and his team did excellent work. They took out all of the debris under the house, informed me of a few problems they detected and repaired, then went to work putting the encapsulation system in place. They were very efficient. The crawlspace is doing exactly what I expected. The benefits of the Crawl Space Doctor's system are these: I am breathing better air quality. I am noticing a difference in the temperature of the house with reduced cooling costs, and expect the same on my heating costs. My insulation and floor joists are no longer moist and susceptible to mold. My heating and cooling ductwork will last longer with the humidity gone from the area. The dehumidifiers Greg put in do not run continuously, they will cycle off once the humidity desired point is reached. My hardwood flooring will not buckle in the future due to excessive humidity. My vents are now permanently sealed so rodents can't come into the house in the winter. I have peace of mind knowing my home is more protected with an encapsulation. It is a no brainer product in that it is a good investment all around. I would highly recommend Greg and his team at the Crawl Space Doctor. He has been doing encapsulations for years and is an expert in the field. His team does the work, but he personally oversees the project. Project went very smoothly with minimal impact to our daily routine. All the workers were extremely polite and courteous. Timeline was on target and they even worked some Saturdays to ensure a timely completion.

Greg came out personally to do the estimate. He was extremely professional and informed us that the quote that he gave us was the firm price to do the entire job and there would be no hidden costs nor would the price go up. Upon receiving our quote, we booked the job about a couple weeks out. Greg came out with his crew on day one of the job and after a quick walk around, they got to work. Greg did not stay as he had other projects to attend to but his crew word quickly and efficiently. Greg stopped by throughout the job to see that everything was going okay. His crew was very professional and kept the work area clean and tidied up at the end of the day. The entire project took 5 1/2 days to complete and what a difference it has made to our house. They enclosed the crawl space with cement board that extended about 1 ft in the ground. When that was finished, they lined the crawl space with 20 mil plastic sheeting and used spray foam to seal the spots between the columns and the cement board. They built and installed 2 access doors so we could easily get into the crawl space if we needed to store anything or make repairs. They also had an electrician come out and install an outlet so they could install a dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry. Our A/C ducts run under our house and after the job was complete, I have noticed a big difference in the time that my A/C unit runs during the day. I am certain that my electric bill will be significantly lower now that the job is done. I enthusiastically highly recommend Greg and his crew to come out and do any crawl space work that you may need. I know they will beat almost every competitor's price and exceed your expectations as they did mine. A++

Imagine my surprise when a contractor actually does what he says! The project was started on time, finished on time, and the quality was even better than what I had personally expected! I would highly recommend Greg and his team, for any crawlspace issues you might have.

Really well!! Greg, and his team did an incredible job. They showed up on time every day, left the jobsite clean every day, Started the job when he said he would, and finished when he said he would, imagine that!!

Greg and his employees did an amazing job!! From start to finish it took three days and if you had saw our crawlspace I didn't think anything could be done. Our crawlspace went froma dark, dank, moldy, snake infested, armadillo incubator to a space that is as clean and seems as hygienic as a hospital operating room. I would not go anywhere near our crawlspace before and now have no issues crawling anywhere I want or need to go under the house. they even went beyond by adding some lighting and fixing our airhandler so it didn't drain under the house anymore. I highly recommend Greg and his team at Crawlspace Doctor to turn your space into what it was meant to be.

Excellent, could have gone any better <br />

The contract included raising the sinking floor. No real effort was made to raise the floor although we were told that they were doing it on a very slow basis to prevent cracking the floor. Eventually, it became obvious that they were not addressing the poblem so we hired someone else to do it. <br />As far as sealing the crawl space, their work was satisfactory. <br />

Greg was an excellent service provider. He was prompt for all appointments. Carefully explained the work he was going to do and when it was going to be done. He and his crew showed up on the date and time he said and completed the work on time and within the estimate. I was also impressed with his warranty and follow up. Excellent work.

They were prompt, efficient, neat, friendly and thorough. Most importantly, our hardwood floors had begun to warp. We are now 3 months since completion of process and, as promised, the floors have dried out and are just as they were when first installed. Greg, the owner, came back today to reinspect the floors and insure that we are happy with the results. These guys are awesome! <br />
